A: If you are talking about the ever-present electrical hum — it’s low but constantly there and annoying. I could hear it from anywhere in the bedroom. Otherwise I liked everything about the clock—it simplicity, small size, decent reception, mellow orange color time display (with 2 brightness levels) that on low didn’t light up the bedroom at night. But sadly, because of the constant hum, I returned it. Tried 2 different clocks in case it was a fluke. But it happened with both.
A: To listen to the radio, press "radio." "Alarm reset" turns it off. I have not used the alarm feature. I can't help but wonder what "genius" thought it was a good idea not to have a simple on/off button.
