This is a perfect alternative to the more expensive brands. Having Google, Siri, and Alexa Turn your ordinary objects into smart items is very nice. Having Alexa turn on my Dodgers LED light is super cool, especially when my tv is on!

Just plug it in and there is an easy setup. Works with Alexa and Google Home.

Perfect product for my needs. Simply looking for outlet plugs to work with the apple iHome application so I can control my lighting while traveling for work.

Love this because if you’re not home you can turn the light on or if you’re on the other room you can turn the light on without having to reach for the lamp.

I picked this product for a couple reason outside of the obvious. iHome is a brand I am familiar with, so I know their products fairly well. Also the price was right compared to other brands. There is no hub required and setup took about two minutes. Other than that, it works like you would expect. In fact, it works so well that I bought a second one and might go back for thirds!

Have several of these plugs, love the convenience and variety of ways to program. Only issue is they do need to be reprogrammed more than I like, but other than that, they are great! Also, not hard to reprogram but an inconvenience!

These smart plugs are a great and inexpensive way to begin experimenting with internet connected devices for the home. However, the biggest thing to consider before venturing into the smart home realm is your wireless network. Your home some should have a good, fast and reliable wireless network in order to really get the best out or any smart home products. Because even with a reliable network these devices can become unstable at times. However, the major benefits to these plugs are that you can create custom scenes with schedules for the devices connected to them (which is very cool). But the downside is that if you have ingrained habits of manually turning off devices these products will require some new habits for you and any other family dwellers. Overall if you have any interest in automating certain electrical devices these smart plugs are a great and inexpensive way to achieve those types of things. Another thing to keep in mind is that these plugs are kind of bulky so if you have other bulky plugs in an electrical socket you'll need to plan and adjust accordingly.

Works great for turning things off and on with your phone. I used mine for my Christmas tree. I could use voice control to turn the tree off and on.

Easy to set up and the interface with Wink is also good. I originally purchased a Wemo plug but had nothing but problems (4 hours of interfacing with Wemo support with no success; issue appeared to be related to WPA2 security and 16 character passwords). IHome on the tiger Gand took 15 minutes to set up with my IPad and Google home. Very happy with the product so far.

This product provides a useful convenience while away from home

Got this to pair with my Google Home Mini. It was wonderful to tell Google to turn off the Christmas tree instead of leaning behind the tree to unplug it. Now have a lamp plugged into it and can turn it on from the doorway.

This is an awesome plug. Makes your dumb device a smart plug.

Read alot of reviews that had issues with connecting so I was very wary and apprehensive when I decided to get this among the many other models out there. But I have no had any issues with dropped connections etc. Works well on my home network with my iPhone, iPad and Homekit with no issues. Would highly recommend it. Could be cheaper is the only con I guess.

This plug is excellent and works very well with Apple Homekit. I use it for an office fan and am extremely pleased at its convenience.

Seems to work. Started with iHome Control. Then added to my Smartthing app Via Samsung Smartthing Hub. Controlling it using Smartthing App. So far so good. Using it to control things from a distance at my cabin.

Tested multiple smart home plug from various vendors and keep going back to this one for myself, as well as for family and friends. More reliable than others, but not saying a whole lot given how truly awful so many plugs are. Still have to unplug and plug it back in occasionally. The HomeKit workflow isn't nearly as convenient as other devices since the sticker is attached in such way that you can't really scan while it's plugged in. Writing the code down is easy enough, but a small inconvenience once you've had the device for a while and the sticker on the paperwork is buried somewhere.
