The timer part of the app worked for a week and now I have to turn it on and off from my phone or manually. Product support says they are working on the issue. I'm still happy with my purchase.

I reached out to Best Buy, when I realized I needed one to work the DOT to turn my Christmas Tree lights on an off. I was not disappointed with the price or delivery time. THanks

The smart plug is a great device to use in conjunction with your apple homekit. I did have some trouble getting it setup, but once it was connected everything has worked great!

Good value for the money. I bought this one specifically because of its wide compatibility with HomeKit,Amazon and Google.

Item works great with apple products, but confusing and difficult to set up for Android. Very limited in the Instructions.

Was looking for something for my christmas tree, and this one works perfectly, and also works with Apple home. Too pricey for what is it, but so far good quality.

I bought two of these so that I could automate our live room cause the light switch is on the opposite side of the room where our front door is and it works great

We've had a few break ins in the neighborhood and wanted something besides security cameras. We love this! We can set the timers when we are away or turn the light on from our phone when we are coming home late and forgot to leave a light on. Highly recommend this!

I purchased one to replace an ISP5 plug I had which was having issues. They sometimes can become disconnected from the network, however reconnecting is easy.

Took awhile, awhile, to connect it to alexa and get everything set up. Tried using it last night and alexa couldn't find it. It's an iffy device. I don't really like it.

I bought it to extend my smart house project. It works nice with a wink lighting kit. I had a problem with the ihome cloud control, but now it is back. So far so good.

Love this product. Now our 6 different lamp plug-ins can be controlled as a group or individually. Only issue was set-up, but that may be apple home's fault.

We have a couple of these. They are used for some overhead lights were there is no switch for the outlet and it is hard reach to unplug to turn the lights off. We pair these things with Alexa on Amazon Echo Dots so we can just turn off the lights by voice command.

If out of the box works, it will work well (had to return 2-3). App is ok, sometimes annoying with the "I'm satisfied" showing up every time I open the app

For the most part this plug works but occasionally get lost in the shuffle and you have to re connect

This item is great because it supports Amazon Alexa, Siri, and Google Assistant. It was hard to find a product that supported all three. I use it for turning portable fans and lamps on and off using my voice with Amazon Alexa and it works great for that purpose.

I read the reviews before purchasing and still took a leap and trying them out. The idea of convenently switching my lamps on/off is pretty good and work well when they want to, however, they often display "No Response" on the HomeKit app and iHome, prompting me to reset and re-configure them, which essentially defeats the idea of not having to be near my lamps at all. I hope it is just a wi-fi issue and not the outlets themselves.

The ihome apps work ok, but the Alexa skill provided by ihome is very unreliable. I would look at different smart plugs if using Alexa.

I moved into a new apartment that doesn't have a ceiling fan in the bedroom, but I'm used to the white noise for sleeping. This wifi plug helps me turn my box fan on and off without having to go across the room or climb out of bed now.

It works really well ..occasionally if you’re not on your home network it takes a moment to find it ..but it still works really well
