So far it is working well and my nine year old daughter loves it. Her 14 year old sister would love it too if she would let her use it. I agree with another reviewer that it is positive that the microphone volume is separate from the CD volume. We have had no problems so far.

It said Bluetooth ready so I assumed you could use songs on your phone but I found out you need to purchase certain CDs that are compatible with that machine. I wish it would have been more specific on the box.

Speaker quit working after 3 maybe 4 uses. We didn't use often, and it wasn't mishandled in anyway. Neither the store nor customer service for the product, would replace or attempt to fix. Horrible experience with this product!!! I was told to buy another after having it for 3 months and using minimally...

The microphone didn't work

I plugged in a different one and it didn't work either. We made the best of the machine by using the lyrics on the screen, but it would have helped if the microphones worked too.
