When turned all the way up, the sound is not nearly as good. I don't mind though, because I don't use the speaker in that way. Overall good product for the price.

I didn't want to pay 5 extra dollars for a warranty seeing as i take good care of my things. Basically I'm stuck with a useless black object that emits lights. Cool. Thanks Best Buy!

Posted .Joey, we are sorry you are having these problems.
If you are having problems keeping a Bluetooth connection from your device to the speaker.
-Try removing/forgetting the speaker from your list of paired devices
-Power off the speaker, power it back on a try to pair it again to your device.
Sometimes this will help establish a better connection between the two devices.
Also remember the Bluetooth range is 30ft.
