It was time for new computer and choosing the right one is very important for family. We loves our iPhones and now we can get connections with families better.

This is my second Mac I bought my first Mac in 2012 and was extremely pleased with it. But this is so much more it is be on my expectations. Still leaning at 70

After getting everything migrated over to my new computer with the help of Dan from the Geek Squad I am happy that I purchased this from Best Buy.

Quick delivery for pick up at store in 2days as told at day of purchase. Had a apple salesperson who helped a great deal

Its really good, if you need the computer, the screen, keyboard and mouse evrything in the box this is a good option and screen its a really nice resolution

Not sure yet. Giving Apple a chance to correct. Machine is defective and needs replacing.

Excellent desk top. It does take some getting used to, but when you do, you will not want to do back. We are very happy with this.

It Apple....what can I say. You either love it or hate it. Have wanted an Apple based system for awhile now and I am enjoying it. Gripes: Keyboard seems a bit difficult to type on and the mouse, although it has some cool features, is not very comfortable or as intuitive as one thinks.

I did not receive the keyboard or the mouse, customer service was no help, and the manager put me on hold and just hung up in my face I was not being rude or yelling they just did not want to help. Will never buy another open box “excellent condition” from them again. Most likely will never shop from Best Buy ever again. So unprofessional

I like the build quality and style of iMacs. I was without an iMac for a couple of years and picked this one up to get back into audio recording. I don’t feel the newer models are as good of quality as previous versions. They feel cheaper, though we know that monetarily they are not.

Excellent software and lightweight all in one for moving from room to room as needed. Camera great for zoom and FaceTime

Great desktop computer for school. Charge the keyboard and mouse before starting timed test. Nice appearance.

This new Mac has been useless to me for two weeks because I haven’t been able to get the frozen screen unlocked, and the advice I’ve received from Geek Squad members hasn’t worked. I’m having to take it in next week to get data from my old computer ported over, and to remedy whatever the problem is with the screen, which has a small cursor in the upper left part of the screen and a miniature keyboard icon in the upper right.

I bought it as a Christmas gift for my husband. He loves it! He jokes that he is like Sheldon on Big Bang when Amy gives him a new computer.

Its the best desktop i could ask her. Its great for people who are especially in creative fields!!!

I had an iMac for over 10 years. This one is even better with new features, and of course, updates.

Great if you use a desktop daily for browsing and document creation. Get into high intensity tasks and it might slow down a little. Not slow down like an old computer, just take some extra time. Never was a problem for me, just got a different Mac and returned this one.
