New to Apple

This is my first Apple computer and it has turned out to be much easier to navigate than I thought it would as I have always been a Microsoft user. I do not like the fact that you can not copy & paste by right clicking on the mouse. Also, I am not happy with the print options. There is not an option to print certain pages as if you wanted to print pages 1,3-4 you can not print those pages without printing page 2 also. Since I do not know the whole system down yet I am hoping there is a way and I have just not found it yet.
