    At first I was very excited to give this gift to my daughter, but I was very disappointed; it wouldn't connect to the app. I tried many ways to make it work, but I had no success.

    Never worked. Tried to connect on two different phones and accounts and nothing happened. Tried to contact customer service and after 37 minutes product was still not working.

    Add some issues getting it to hook to Wi-Fi but once it dead, it’s a ton of fun and my daughter loves it!

    GREAT AND FUN DEVICE. DON'T UNDERSTAND BAD REVIEWS

    I’d like to add my two cents as well. I really liked this Imagix Crystal Ball device. Even though I’m no longer a child, I genuinely enjoyed interacting with the two characters myself. And honestly, I don’t understand the people who left extremely negative reviews just because the device wasn’t working a month ago due to server issues. The company simply wasn’t prepared for such a large number of users connecting at the same time. To be honest, I really don’t get it. If you bought the device, be patient. Wait a little. The servers will be fixed, you’ll turn it on, try it out, and only then decide whether you like it or not. Why leave a negative review right away just because you couldn’t set it up during the first few days due to technical issues? This has happened before and will happen again — it’s not the first company to face this kind of problem, and it won’t be the last. People should be a bit more understanding. The device is actually great. I’m planning to show it to my nieces in the coming days, and I really hope they’ll like it too.
