    Swing big, miss big. This toy has a lot of potential but dropping the ball so hard during it's launch was a death sentence. We had it working for all of a day or two before everything just fell flat. Server overload and messy user interface ultimately had me return this item, especially knowing that I would end up having to pay another subscription fee eventually if it ever maintained my daughters attention for that long.

      We continue to roll out updates to both the experience and content on an ongoing basis

    Constantly disconnected from wifi. When it did work, wouldn’t answer basic questions from my kids about space stating they were too complex. Returned it.

    At first I was very excited to give this gift to my daughter, but I was very disappointed; it wouldn't connect to the app. I tried many ways to make it work, but I had no success.

    I’m very tech-savvy and tested this device on two separate internet providers (Spectrum mesh and AT&T Fiber). Despite a successful Wi-Fi association, the device repeatedly fails to complete setup or maintain an internet connection. Returning both units. At $200, we should plug in, connect, and be delighted. That did not happen. Thank God this wasn't the only Christmas present.

    4 hours later, 20 factory resets, connects then disconnects, get theiugh set up yhen freezes… not one positive thing to say at this point. Returning it tomorrow.

    Sunny waste your $225. Constantly disconnecting from servers and their site is always down. They werent ready to sell. Failed all day Christmas Day!!

    It took 3 factory resets to start and then it was like a bad version of siri. Kept disconnecting to wifi. Really bad
