I was looking around to have a stereo installed in a Ford Explorer. Having Best Buy install was convenient as I could schedule an appointment that worked with my schedule. The technician was great. Very personable and knowledgeable. He called me throughout the process to keep me informed and updated on any changes that may have to be made. Installation was great. I cannot complain. Definitely recommend to others (especially the Burlington MA site).

The man who installed the car stereo was great. Had it done in record time and was very courteous.

This cd, Bluetooth, and usb car player works great. Hands free is a nice upgrade. Installer did a good job.

My speaker installation was completed on time and without any problems. My only concern was that I asked about larger speakers than stock and was told that was not an option. From other sources I'm told larger speakers are an option but you just have to do a little cutting to enlarge the openings. Whether Best Buy is not willing to go to that effort or it's just not an option for their installers I'm not sure. I didn't know it was even an option when I had the speakers installed.

This install was so good. Made all the difference and now I feel like my car has another mood to it.
