My boyfriend has installer various car radios but he had trouble with connecting my steering wheel controls even though we had car/radio specific instructions for the adapter. We scheduled an appt. With our local best buy and the man who worked on my car did amazing and was able to hook up my steering wheel controls perfectly! I would definetly see him again

My wife's car stereo failed, so I went to Best Buy to replace it. With the assistance of an employee in the auto dept., I purchased an open box item that looked perfect and at a great price. The employee who assisted me was, also, the tech who did the installation. After about a half hour the unit was installed. Afterward, he showed me how to operate the device and it worked properly. I am happy with my service experience at the Atascocita Best Buy.

Nicely priced with great functions. Color changing face is fun and has plenty of custom options. Easy to use.

Our radio was installed correctly, and looks nice. The time to install was what they said it would be.

My speaker installation was completed on time and without any problems. My only concern was that I asked about larger speakers than stock and was told that was not an option. From other sources I'm told larger speakers are an option but you just have to do a little cutting to enlarge the openings. Whether Best Buy is not willing to go to that effort or it's just not an option for their installers I'm not sure. I didn't know it was even an option when I had the speakers installed.

installation at Best Buy Manchester Ct was great. The staff was knowledgeable and they did a great job in a timely manner.

This is the second time I have had a system installed by this tech. Amazingly the last time was years ago at extinct Circuit City and he still remembered my install. He done an excellent, thorough job installing receiver and incorporating with my preinstalled amps. Even took the time to adjust amps for speaker performance. Took proper time explaining functionality of system and was very pleasant. A definite asset to Best Buy Valparaiso!!!

The service was pretty good! The gentlemen were very kind and understanding and very pleasant to talk to in person and on the phone. My only complaint is that the actual scheduling system was "wrong" so to speak and I had to wait many, many weeks to get my radio installed.
