    As a pretty advanced iPhone user, I wouldn't imagine that this service would be of value to me, but with the new iPhone 13 Pro Max model there was an issue with the SIM card and updates from the cloud to the new model that I probably could've figured out eventually, but the most helpful gentleman from the Mobile Center made sure that my new phone was good-to-go, requiring nothing additional, when I walked out of the store. These types of small services turn out to be extremely helpful and timesaving in the end.

    Store pickup of S22 Ultra. The person setting it up seemed inexperienced, so, I just took it home and transferred everything myself and started up the service.

    While the in-store mobile setup wasn't quick, both employees made sure all issues were solved and that the phone was completely setup and that I didn't have any questions or problems before leaving.

    The associates were friendly and helpful but when I left the store my phone wasn't activated properly and I had to call Verizon and spent 3 hours trying to get the phone on the LTE network?!?!? Everything was fine after that day!

    The Tech was a real nice guy and tried hard to handle the transfer from my Galaxy S8+ to Pixel 6 Pro, but really couldn't handle it. Admittedly this was somewhat special - the USB C connector on the old phone was shot so the transfer had to be wireless. Ended up doing most of it at home. Still didn't get the call log or texts. He also said he was more of an iPhone guy. Since it didn't cost anything, I'd try it again. Might have more luck at Verizon though.

    I am not tech savvy and the people that were helping me set up my phone and transfer data over from my old one were wonderful. They weren't rushed for time. They explained things to me and when I had questions the next day, they took the time to go over my questions and answer them all. This is a tremendous benefit for buying your phone at Best Buy. My wife bought hers at the Verizon store, where they used to be helpful, and they pretty much told her she was on her own. Verizon was only interested in selling another unit. Best Buy wanted to make sure they satisfied the customer.

    While it wasn't anyone's fault, I cannot give 5 star for the phone setup. It took way too long! Something went wrong with the store's bar code scanners...all three of them! The geek squad people, three different ones, including a manager tried to scan my trade in phone without any success for like 30 minutes. Eventually, the first technician had the bright idea of trying the scanner of one of the cashiers and voila, it worked! I'll give him 5 stars for his effort but not happy with the store's equipment...in the end, it is what it is!

    Activating Trouble great Service by Bestbuy

    I have total tech and Due to the fact iPhone 5mini Sprint version had trouble activating. Charge, transfer of Info from old iPhone 7 took about 1.5 hrs and another 2 hours to actually activate since it had to go though T-Mobile 5G system on a Sprint Account. BestBuy Service was excellent during the process and had to call 3 different Service locations to finally activate the phone. No complaints in the service. I believe Tom of Salem, NH is the agent helping me....was great!

    The gentleman who helped with the setup was great. Best Buy has a scheduling problem. Even though I scheduled on line and went at the correct time, the geek department did not have me on its schedule.

    Ordered it online,for in store pickup. They couldn’t find the phone for a bit,and then it wouldn’t let them ring it up. Everyone was very friendly and helpful,pretty painless!

    Phone setup & transfer made easy

    I usually like to do my own setups for electronics, but this was for my wife's phone, so we went with in-store setup. It was incredibly quick. The tech got everything transferred over my wife wanted and had her moved up 5 generations of Samsung without a glitch. She just had to learn the new interface, but had access to everything she needed right away. She's happy, I just had to stand around, and I never got fussed at for messing something up for her. They did a great job.

    I really enjoyed my experience customer service was great, however my professionally installed screen protector is coming off after barely having it a month. Other then that very good service.

    My In Store Transfer was Seamless

    I had an associate named Jen that did the transfer and setup for me. All of my apps, pictures and data transferred without an issue. The only thing to watch out for, is that even though all your apps transfer.. you will have to re sign in to all of them on the new phone. You also have to re-pair all your bluetooth devices. OH.... and if you use Android Auto... there is no longer an app icon on the phone with Android 10 and up... but the app is still installed.

    Loads of Storage and Long Battery Life

    I'm very happy with this S21. I upgraded from an S&, and the battery life on this is seriously impressive, as is the 500 GB storage. I'm no longer running out of room. There were some technical changes that took me a minute to get used to, but all in all, I'm so glad I chose this phone. One aesthetic caveat; I wish that they didn't put the sticker with the serial number and bar codes on the back of the phone; with a translucent case, it's very visible.

    The worker that set up my new phone , which I had just purchased there, was very friendly and knew what he was doing. The set up appointment was worth it to me because new Tech drives me crazy. The only negative I have is that I also purchased an expensive glass shield to go on my new phone but Best Buy would not put it on my phone unless I paid another $8 to $10 fee. I was not happy about that.So be aware of this so that you don't make the same mistake that I did.

    Mobile Setup

    The associates at the Yorba Linda location in Savi Ranch were extremely helpful in getting my me phone set up. My old device was only half working, so the setup was tedious and time consuming. The associate who helped me was very patient and thorough. He was ankle to get all of the information and pictures from my old phone on to the new one. Thank you!!!!

    The transfer took hours and I was sent home without access to my phone after I was told to walk around the store for 1.5 hrs.

    Phone awesome taken pictures! But slow for being 5G? Slow range getting a WiFi and Also I did the rest setup instead of the costumer service!
