The in-store mobile setup guys were helpful and patient with me with my Apple iPhone 13 mini since I told them it was my first iPhone.

Got a new iPhone and staff helped set it up and cloned the data and setting from the old one. Very good service in store. Thank you.

We had our new Samsung S10's set up and all data transferred perfectly. The folks we dealt with were very interactive and kept the process going and we were informed of each step.

The process took a good bit more time than expected, and what we were told at the beginning. But the work was done completely and satisfactorily, by helpful and friendly staff.

I had an appointment and no one knew where i should go. No one was standing out front. I went to registers first who sent me to geek squad. Then they sent me to the cell phones. Only one person working who had a customer. No clue about my scheduled appointment. Then he sent back to geek squad. The guy didnt explain much. Then my screen protector he sold me didnt go on right. So he returned it but none available in the store to try again. Then had to wait 10 days for a new one to be shipped to store. Then that guy couldnt apply it either. So he returned it again and sold me a different brand. Which he said the original one is awful to apply. And he would of never sold me that brand to begin with. He was great though. But i wasted so much time. That first appointment was just so disorganized and awful. Dont have ppl make appointments if they are worthless. I have two kids at home who i had to find sitters for. If i knew i could just come that would of helped a lot. They also said because of covid tbey cant transfer anything and cant really show us how to use the phone. Pointless.
