I honestly did not require the in store service and advice by Geek Squad. This is great for beginners but I was comfortable without the extra help. It is great that Best Buy offer the free service to customers with their new purchase.

Sometimes, user manuals don't have very clear directions and are hard to understand. If you have problems setting up, Geek Squad set-up is a great thing to have! They set up and Explain the process of the set-up so once you get it home, you know what you are doing.

I bought a go pro hero 5 and geek squad greatly helped me with finding the right accessories so it can attach to abnormal tripod. They even upgraded my 128gb sd card for free to a faster 150mbs speed micro sd for my go pro. Best experience I've ever had with geek squad

This service has been more of a disappointment than a benefit. Half the time the person behind the counter is not very knowledgeable and the wait time usually just builds on the frustration.

Who needs Taylor when you have the Geek Squad? Seriously though, always very helpful and truthful when you need help with products you are about to buy or the products you have bought. I buy almost all of my electronics through Best Buy for this reason.

I have bought a few fit bits as gifts and the recipients are always thrilled. At fist i was a little apprehensive about doing so. This one was for my 75 year old father whom needed to lose weight. It continues to do so and he couldn't be happier with it.

After my purchase, I got an email from the Geek Squad, I contacted them. I had a couple questions and got immediate, AND accurate answers. For all of my purchases at Best Buy (and that's a lot of stuff!), I know I'll get professional help every time.

I have never purchased extended warranties or technical support subscriptions in the past but, Geek Squad, with their knowledgeable and skilled specialist let me know that my money was well spent. I will never buy another product without their protection!

I had geek squad come out to fix our dryer they fixed it in no time! I feel like it works better than before it broke down. The only down side is that in my area Mondays they don’t work so I had to request a day from work.

I would give it 3 stars for the amount of benefit it provides to most users because it is just an initial setup of your computer. however, for anyone that needs assistance in setting up their laptop for the first time i highly recommend it.

I purchased an iPad for my husband and this came free with the item. My husband hasn't used it just yet but I'm sure it'll be useful. He likes to get the most out of his devices and always asks plenty of questions!

We have not had to contact Geek Squad for our recent purchases yet, but I have contacted them several times in the past for other electronic devices. I have never had a bad experience with Geek Squad, they're a wonderful resource.

The crew that came in to mount my tv was so fast and professional. They set us up and showed us how to work everything. Then they cleaned up all their stuff and left. They were friendly and knowledgeable.

I went into the Geek squad to help me set up my new Bose head set. This is a birthday gift so my wife allowed me to go in and get it set up but I had to give it back to her and wait for my birthday to actually start using it.

I did not use the service on this purchase, but I can see the value in something like this for people who might not understand the instructions or even might not have the time to set the device up, all for no cost at all.

When you are chartering new territory with technology it is always best to have some help. This team does that by showing you all the great features and benefits of your new toy. When it's free help that is even better!

Saw this location had what I needed quickly bought online for in store pickup and stopped on my way home. Store signage was clear and they had a designated cashier for in store pickup. In and out in less than 3 minutes!

I own other wireless headphones from a different brand so I already knew about how they function, but it is a good service for people new to owning wireless headphones. Good looking out Best Buy!

Ya geek squad they were of great help but that is why theh get paid but any they were very friendly and easy to work with they fixed my watch right away

Between the sound clarity, being light weight, very intuitive and stylish, theses headphones are awesome! I’m a grown adult and I love them, my wife loves bed them and so do my teenagers. Just a great buy!
