Apple watch pairs very easily to the iPhone. Most of the setup needs to be done by the user which means that most people will not get a lot out of having help during the setup process.

If come with it when you buy I did not try to go set up at stores but I guess it will helpful if you don't know how do set up or use whatever you just buy. So they may help you out

I have never used Geek Squad Protection, but I know the first time I don't purchase it, something will go wrong! Glad to have the assurance that someone competent is available should things go wrong.

I recently had to return a covered tablet, and because Best Buy no longer carried that tablet, I was immediately given a store credit for the amount to spend on whatever I wanted, which was awesome!

The guy who Assisted me was very helpful and really nice. although the set up of my Mac was super super simple and didn't really need help the geek squad still gave me some tips for a new mac user

Can't speak personally to this service, but very kind to include it without charge on products purchased. Tech is enjoy many times more by those who understand and can utilize their tools fully!

This was NOT a pleasant experience. I had to go to Best Buy 4 times in order to get everything set up. There was only ONE Geek Squad member working. I was second in line and had to wait for 40 minutes just to be told I would have to leave my computer to get it set up. I could pick it back up in a couple of days. This was the North Little Rock, AR store. I will never purchase anything from that location again.

I got this as a bundle with a recent DSLR purchase and had I needed it i assume it would have been a great service so far Best Buy has not let me down with any other Geek Squad services.

I was super confused by the Apple Watch set up and found the Heek Squad support totally useful! I was ready to return my watch and the staff member taught me how to use it, successfully.

Having geek squad there to help me when I need the assistance on hand is amazing. Never had any technical difficulties, but when I had a simple question I could rely on them for help!

Geek Squad support guy try to help me to setup my QC-35. Looks like he never had any previous experience to do that and struggled enough to find out a simple step.

Often, I can figure out how to use the products I buy but sometimes, it’s just nice to have that backup, in case I don’t have time to “figure out” all the extra little features.

I bought a Fitbit for my wife on Christmas and she was happy this service was included so she could learn the finer details of settings and features of her gift. Excellent!

Bought a GArmin GPS and love it! It has built in dash camera, notifies you with red light camera, forward collision, changes in speed limit and if your going out of the road!

I love the service and they didn't ask too much questions about the damage product , they just gave a brand new replacement and took the old one and then you're out the door! :)
