This was provided for free with the purchase of a Beats X headphones.The setup is so straightforward and easy, particularly for iPhone, that this isn't really necessary. But I guess nice that Best Buy provides it for the less tech savvy.

I took my apple watch so that the person could give me a run down on some of the features of the phones. Unfortunately, the person i got did not seem to have much knowledge on Apple products. Very limited information on what I got.

I have heard good things and bad things about set up. I personally have't used it for any of the items I recently purchased. It is however a nice free add on to your purchase especially is someone is new to apple products.

I was pleased to see the free service was available if needed. My daughter figured out how to use her new watch very quickly, so we did not utilize this additional service provided by the Geek Squad.

Considering what these guys get paid, they do a good job. Only issue is how they are always pushing to sell more product, especially software, like anti-virus software that really isn't very good.

Just like others that have purchased this watch, love the activity rings and notifications that have me keep my phone in my pocket. Some of the not-so-hot features is the little bit of delay when firing up watch apps, but that is supposed to be addressed in watchOS 3. Haven't really tried Apple Pay yet as I really haven't ran into a situation to try it (not life-changing for me). Taking a phone call through the watch I isn't great, due to speaker volume limitations. But, overall a very comfortable watch, that compliments a notification driven life, adding easier workout/active life features

The Gear Fit 2 was so easy to use and set-up that I did not need the Geek-Squad service but it gave me piece of mind knowing I had it to use if needed.

This came free with he purchase of my Apple air pods but he set up was so easy I didn't need to use it. I'm sure it's a nice feature for those who aren't as tech savvy.

Set up wasn't too difficult. Recharging can be a hassle, I ordered an extra charging cable to keep in the car. Unit works and syncs well with software.

Because the Geeks are booked so tightly, there was inadequate time to hear what I needed, Consequently I went to a different BB, returned the keyboard and purchased a cover with keyboard...which is what I was explaining to the the first hurried person who didn’t even show me how he turned on the keyboard and do you think I was smart enough to figur it out? Yes, Bernard was great however.

This is a great service for non-techy people, or people who have never used an iPad. But everything they did I prefer to do on my own and it's quicker and less hassle.
