Glad Bestbuy offers free setup and assistance with simple questions. Love Bestbuy for this very reason with most if not all of their products!

Bought a Gear S2 classic about a month ago. Had been in the market for one for awhile but thought the price was too much. I saw an advertisement for refurbished item's and they had this one for half the price with full warranty. I decided to take a chance and I'm glad I did. No problems as of yet and enjoying the freedom of not having to check my phone for emails or phone calls. And the best part I didn't have to spend more then I wanted..just missing a speaker from being a 5 star.

IT WAS A GREAT CAMERA, EXCEPT THE SCREEN IS VERY FRAGILE AND THE LENS COVER WAS VERY FRAGILE TOO, ONE OF THE SPRINGS POPPED UP THE FIRST TIME I USED IT.

Not necessary, but gives peace of mind. If I had to make the choice again, I’m not sure if I’d buy it. Overall, I’d rate it an average, or 3-stars.

I personally never ended up using geek squad but I am very tech savvy. I think it is a great thing to have if you aren't sure how to use your prouduct.

Free Geek Squad with AirPods. Sales team is Clever, but this is the Dumbest thing ever. A two year old can connect AirPods to and iPhone!!!

This came as an extra (no charge) with my purchase of the Samsung Chromebook Plus. It wasn't offered to me until a day after my purchase. It would have so much more sense to offer at the time of purchase while still in the store. Do I need to drive back to the store to take advantage of this offer?? Quite frankly I don't think it's worth the drive or time.

This was for a fitness band, and the personalized setup was an email with instructions :-) But the instructions were good.

Rather than sitting down and helping me setup the watch, I was told by the geek squad rep that the setup is pretty straight forward (which I admit it is). What's the point of offering this service free for smart devices if that's the answer. I only wanted to see if there were any tricks or optimizations that could be setup on the watch.

I purchased an Apple watch and I guess this service was included to assist with setup, which was nice but not needed.

While I didn't need to take advantage of this service with the product I bought, it is a nice added bonus as a perk.

This actually came with the purchase, but it was so simple I had them set up in a matter of seconds by myself.

I didn't actually use the Geek Squad support for this purchase. I didn't ding them on a rating due to this.

The geek squad member knew very little in helping me setup the watch.

Always purchase, but never use it. The one time I tried I was told they couldn't help with the issue.

For the price, no. You can find free/cheap alternatives literally everywhere

I will not use Geek Squad to set anything up, too many horror stories about things going wrong.

They were helpful with the setup. Very informative and friendly!

I bought this just to be safe but I set up my own watch and I haven't needed to use it yet.
