I did not use this service for the set up of the device

Service staff seems to be getting better each visit.

I have never had the liberty of utilizing the service

There are some things that you just don't need the Free In-Store Setup and Advice by Geek Squad. Setting up an Apple watch is, in my opinion, one of those items. Did not get any added value out of the "free gift" that was included with my purchase.

I got this for free with my apple airpods, but never used it because it is pointless. What, are they going to show me how to open the case to connect it to my device? (airpods automatically connect to apple divices)

GeekSquad has a reputation amongst the general public who are at minimum technology aware typically are not needed. Scans the computer that's 50 bucks! Did you fix my problem? No that's gonna be more money and waiting.

Was disappointed that the set up and training for my wife Apple Watch. Expired. I bought as a gift and the geek squad set up expired prior to my wife's birthday so never had a chance to use it.

Geek Squad installed my new LG dryer with the wrong type of dryer vent duct. I kept getting an error code on the dryer and had someone come out and clean out my house dryer vent duct... turns out they used a flexible vent duct which a is a big no no with LG dryers. It says right on the dryer not to use that kind and could have caused a fire. I bought a semi rigid vent duct, installed it myself and haven’t had the error code since. They should have known the product and what type of vent duct it needs.

Geek Squad team members helped me unbox and setup my device. They quickly gave me a tour of the most important features, and answered all of my questions. Saved me hours of figuring things out for myself.

I bought this item so I didn't have to keep my phone in my pocket.. It's worked out great.. I will be activating it on its own line soon..it works well paired can't wait to see it at its full potential

I was surprised when my apple AirPod come with Geek Squad set up support. I took the product into the store and all I was giving is a phone number to Apple Support.

Bought a Nikon L340 as a present for my father who lives in another state. Since he is not very proficient with electronics one of the reasons that I bought it was the Free In-Store Setup and Advice by Geek Squad. However when he pick it up and took it to the Geek Squad was told it was very simple setup and he could do it himself. He tried to use it at home, however was not able to make it work. Had to wait 4 days for my sisteer to visit him from out of state to teach him how to use it.

I purchased this for someone who bought a new laptop and needed her wifi router set up. They did a very good job and showed her the basics to operate it.

I love the watch when I first recieved it however the face popped out now I have pay for repairing it .. It was a defected item

There was no assistance offered. The only thing offered was if I decided it was too big, there were other options.

skip it, not worth it, got twice from Bestbuy, not at all happy with solutions given to me for my laptop

I purchased this computer and it has not worked to my satisfaction and returning it for the second time.

Really, do you think we are too stupid to be able to connect earbuds? Not really a useful feature.

Geek Squad did a great job transferring my old phone info to new one with backup and didn't lose anything

I have called the geek squad regarding a purchase I made and they definitely resolved the issue that I had.
