Why does someone need help setting up a Game system? They are pretty simplistic, so that kids can set them up. Thanks for the offer Best Buy, but kind of a waste of characters in an e-mail.

This was never offered when I purchased my item. Got an email a few days later to make an appointment to get help setting it up. Too late after having the product for days already.

This was a freebie with my Nintendo Switch. Not quite sure why this was even part of the deal, didn't even use them. From my past experiences they aren't that helpful to begin with

There was no store in my area which could do the geek squad setup. Fortunately it was pretty simple and just requires some time to get use to the features.

I haven't found them to be truly knowledgeable. Maybe use them if computers are not your thing and you feel it is easier than doing it yourself

Came free with a Fitbit. The set up was very simple and I didn't feel this was necessary. It might be more useful on a more technical item.

Unless your an older person not who doesn't no anything about tech. then this is useless. The setup for this device is simple and fast.

Didn't need to use the service. The products I purchased didn't really need help. All very very simple and easy without any difficulty

This came with my up2 purchase which does not need any geek squad set up unless you really don't know how to use new technology.

It was a waste of time. I knew more than the worker. Thank goodness it was free because I was very disappointed.

Did not use the set up because the product walks through the set up but it is nice to have if something goes wrong.

The Geek squad has never been very helpful and I wouldn't suggest using them for any set-up.
