    When my daughter and I bought our Apple Watches, we requested a session with the Geek Squad. They set up our watches, and then synced them to our phones right away, no waiting required (other than the normal wait while the watches were turned on and set up). The Service Reps were very professional and friendly. Great customer service over all!

    I’ve been using computers since 1990. I didn’t require any help setting up my iPad Pro, Apple Pencil, AirPods, etc. But it was very easy to order through Best Buy, and it was also very easy to return the Smart Keyboard when I realized I didn’t need it. Everyone I dealt with was pleasant and helpful. I’m sure the Geek Squad is wonderful.
