I really like the way the shell fits on my computer and I think it makes it look rich and textured. I like the protection of things I deeply care about. I think it’s very well made.

The case does exactly what it needs to. Protects the Macbook from scratches and so on. Also my daughter was able to decorate the shell with stickers in turn not ruining her Macbook.

I really like this case. The case was very snug at installation which I liked but over the last two weeks it has begun to show tiny fissures at the corners of the top piece (top and bottom are separate). They are undetectable on the outside but you can feel them on the underside. The bottom piece is flawless. So far nothing has broken loose and it is too late to return so I’ll be cautious going forward.

Iv bought this case twice but sadly it's cheap plastic that will eventually crack, especially on the corners. They should charge the price they do because it's not worth the price.

I bought this case to simply protect my Mac from dust & scratches as it sits in my safe 6 days a week. Within 2 months, it began to crack and corners break off unexplainably. I tried to exchange it with BB who said I was outside of the return policy dates, despite a defective product. The manager said that the case did it's job to prevent damage to the laptop from being dropped. Funny story, the Mac has never left the house and sits in a safe 6 days a week. I have no problem if the case/Mac had been dropped, even once. But, that is not the case. Yes, I am a little behind on this review from the purchase date. Just came up on the "I have a few minutes".

I've had this case on my new laptop for less than two months and the corners have already broke. One corner has completely lost a chunk of plastic. For $50, this case shouldn't break this quick. And no, I do not drop, hit, smack, etc. my laptop around. It's brand new and I treat it like it's made of gold. This case just sucks. Plus, it doesn't fully snap on in places. This thing is just trash for the money.

I have had this case for around 3 weeks and I am no longer able to use it due to the plastic cracking and chipping on most of the corners. The MacBook Pro has never been dropped or thrown around and is stored in a laptop pouch when it is transported. There is no reason that after 3 weeks that it should be falling a part the way that it is. I am no longer able to use the case for two main reasons: First the chipped areas are sharp and hurt! The second reason is the case no longer stays secure to the body of the the MBP. It's a shame that I spent $50 on this case and I am not able to return it because I am outside my return window...

Only reason its not 1 star is because shipping was actually next day. I purchased 15” hardshell case and it doesnt fit the actual macbook.

I have purchased 2 of these….the second one to replace the first one that cracked on the edges. 4 months later, the second case cracked and broke EXACTLY like the previous one did and my laptop never left my desk so I know there was no impact or rough handling. I feel dumb for buying the same defective item twice. I will not buy another.

I'm rather disappointed in this case. I haven't had it an entire month, and it's already cracked in four places. I have this on a MacBook Pro...it's not like I'm throwing it or banging it around. It's a case and should be able to handle everyday use. This case is not meeting this basic requirement.

Just few months, with laptop 95% of the time on my home's desk, and the plastic cover is all broken on the edges, with parts falling out. Horrible product. I can only image if I had to rely on it to actually protect the computer. Wasted money.

I have not dropped or slammed this cover and it seems as though this cover is very weak. It cracked on all corners from being in a laptop carrier. I would not recommend this cover. It is not strong enough to protect your laptop. I noticed it had a crack after i used it once. The cracks got worse within 3 months.

This shell is terrible and easily cracks with minimal use. It is made from cheap plastic and does not offer the level of protection I desire for my laptop.

I bought this brand as Speck at my local store was sold out. (I suspect they are pushing this brand because there wasn’t ANY Speck cases...). I’ve owned specks in the past so was hesitant to try this Incase. The fit is pretty good, stays in place really well. Seems durable enough for light abuse, scratched etc. (I don’t think any case will save a drop!) The only complaint I have is how sharp the tabs are near the trackpad where you rest your wrists. These could have been made much better and less intrusive. The specks I’ve owned do a little better in this area, so consider that. I haven’t been scratched deep yet but there’s been a few time getting used to it that it tried to get me.

This case looks really nice on my space grey MacBook. It darkens everything to an almost black shade, with the apple logo still discreetly showing through on the back. The only thing I don’t like is it’s already starting to chip away on the back corners, and I’ve never dropped my computer, just occasionally slid it into my computer bag. I don’t regret buying it, I would probably just not buy it again and instead spring for a more durable option. Also is a pretty tight fit, so I had trouble getting it fully on at first, but I haven’t had any problems with it falling off or anything since then.

Loved the fit and the color. Great protection for my MacBook Pro. Just wish the tabs that hold it in place where stronger to hold up to an accidental drop.

Product does what it is intended to do, protect the cover and exterior of my new Apple PC. Perfect fit, and protects the case from any scratches which the Apple case seems to attract..

After purchasing this case, I would definitely recommend to a student or someone that might carry around their laptop just because it’s so light, it is perfect for home use as well! I loved that it was clear just because I got the space gray mouse that matched the laptop. I am not too positive this will protect a drop but if that’s not something you are too worried about, it’s simple, light, and not bulky!
