    I have been using infant optics baby monitor since 2013. I have finally upgraded to the pro camera after having my fourth child and I am very happy with it. I love how it doesn’t have to have Wi-Fi to work.

    We recently upgraded our baby monitor to the Pro and couldnt be happier. The camera quality is so clear and the new features are great! Having the volume and brightness buttons on the monitor is very helpful.

    Monitor malfunctions after two years

    The monitor started acting up in less than two years. It would adjust settings on its own. This became a major problem when it would adjust the volume to zero on its own. We woke up more than once to our daughter crying and discovered the monitor had the volume to zero. This is unacceptable for a product that is meant to give you peace of mind. I reached out to customer support and all they could do for me is to give me a discount on another unit since this would outside the warranty period. However, I would absolutely expect this to work after two years but it didn’t. Do your research and go a different route.
