    So many people told me this camera was the best. I’ve had nothing but issues, first the monitor buttons didn’t work had to reach out to the company for a new one. Now the new one is starting to do the same thing.

    Bought the standard version and the camera was dead out of the box. Returned and bought this Pro version and have had nothing but trouble with it. After 6 months of use the camera barely stays powered on due to bad power connection where the cable plugs in. Will be looking to have this one replaced.

    5-7-23 I was getting ready to use this gift - when turned on > the noise cancelling doesn’t work - it makes sound the entire time. Not what I paid for. I can hear the music or water sounds - the cheaper product does this but this one is suppose to cancel it out . Best Buy won’t help. I’m sorry I have to give this a one star p

    The camera is clear.. However the battery life is too short I have to charge it everyday day. It’s a shame you would think the would have improved it because this is the second series. I had the one before and the battery burned out due to the constant changing.. I will not buy it again especially for price
