I was nervous buying this. But absolutely love it! It has a 15min quick wash that is perfect for my laundry. Relatively quiet. Easy to hook up and use! Only downside is only 2 very small wheels. Hard to catch good angle to move machine. But my clothes are so much cleaner than laundry room in my complex. Spins very dry and then I hang on a rack for couple hours. Highly recommend!

This washer is absolutely amazing for small apartments! Such a good price and does a great job washing. You can fit a decent amount of clothes in one load even though it’s smaller than a regular washer. Saving me so much money at the laundromat! I just hang dry everything so it’s perfect if you don’t have a hookup for a full sized washer/dryer.

I've been using this washer in a vacation condo for two years and could not be more pleased. It actually washes clothes better than my full size home washer. It holds more laundry than I was expecting, such as complete queen sheet sets, or multiple shorts/shirts. I stubbed out hot/cold connections in the bathroom with quick disconnects (see photo), and it drains into the bathtub, so using it is a breeze. Using the existing casters didn't work well, so I put it on a small wheeled platform that I bought on Amazon.

I've had this washer for 3 years or so and it has been amazing. I'm sad to see that it is no longer being made because I can't imagine a more perfect washer for tiny places like our duplex. It washes like any other washer but its compact so fits less clothing which is exactly what we needed. It is also pretty.

I live in an apartment on the third floor and have been going to the laundromat for years. During the coronavirus, I decided to buy this washing machine to cut down on the trips and let me tell you I was very satisfied when I first started using it. This machine can hold a lot of clothes for its size and doesn’t use a lot of detergent or water. It has some thing that suppresses the sides but the clothes still come out very clean. In some cycles like the 15 minute cycle the clothes come out Very clean and if you hang them up they will dry rather quickly. Some cycles that spin longer will leave the clothes somewhat wrinkled but they will be practically try I would not use this for clothes This machine is very high-quality and it doesn’t have an agitator but it rocks the clothes back-and-forth. It is all so quiet. I bought the wheel base for it separately since the casters on the Machine were not sufficient to move it around. I am able to store it in a closet. I would truly recommend this machine to anyone who wants a high quality Smaller washing machine

This is a good option when you have small children in the home. I do one load every 2 days. For a family of 5. When my oldest 2 are home we do one load daily at night. If you don’t over stuff it and use the heavy lid option it gets things clean. I also washed sheets and thin bed sets. Gets the job done. The only thing I don’t like is that it doesn’t have the middle agitator instead because the close does get tangled. So somewhere in the middle of the wash I push stop and untangle the clothes and start it back up so it gets all the close clean evenly. Or when I wash delicates it also has an option. Also I wish the hose came a bit longer. The spin will get your clothes almost 80% of the water out so it makes the drying process faster. We made an extension for it to be longer and we put some wheels under so that we can move it easily since have it in a small restroom. Easy to use and instal. Was delivered in great condition. When we bought this we did have in mind that we have to save as much water as we can in the home to make up for the washers water.

Very quiet, cleans clothes well, and its very small in size compared to a large washer, but its large enough for maybe 6 pairs of jeans, or one comforter twin size, or bed sheet sets for queen. Washes great, spin cycle leaves clothes very dry.

If you are a single person, then this machine is superb. If you follow the instructions exactly then you WILL have clean laundry! It is important to use the dispenser for laundry detergent as shown by the icons on each. Also do not try to overload - you must have room for the items to agitate around the inside of the drum. It is so economical to use that doing more than one cycle for king bed linens is worth it. However I would not put comforters, bedspreads, or large crocheted or knitted afghans in this machine lest you throw the drum off balance. Also, I do not have a dryer so I hang my items. If you use the extra spin cycle AFTER your cycle has finished it will extract the most water; to wit: the sheets I wash are mostly dry when I remove them to hang up. You can use fabric softener BUT you must pause the machine at the beginning of the rinse cycle when the water is flowing into the tub, lift lid, open dispenser and pour fabric softener into the right side of the dispenser so that it mixes in with the water as the tub fills. It does a GREAT job if you do it this way.

Living in a Victorian flat doesn't come without it's challenges. The "laundry closet" in my unit has a 24" wide doorway and I wanted to purchase a washer that was inexpensive so I wouldn't feel bad leaving it behind when I move out. While this is a very compact washer, it came with a digestible price point that in hindsight, I now consider a steal. Wash loads constitute the following; 4 pairs of jeans, 8 shirts, 2 large bath sheets, 1 set of king bed sheets, or a king summer blanket. This is really a cleaning machine for such a small unit! 4 loads a week gets it done for a single adult and I can say with confidence, that I will probably take this unit with me to use as a backup washer where space permits (or in an rv!). The real challenge has been finding a compact dryer that I can say the same about... I'm still hanging my things out to dry 1.5 years later.

I have only written a handful of product reviews in my life but this washer deserves one. It is great quality, the clothes come out very clean, and it's the perfect size! The spin feature is powerful enough that I don't even need to purchase a dryer. You can simply hang your clothes up and they are completely dry within a few hours. Living in an inner-city loft, I only have access to communal laundry in my building, which I don't particularly enjoy. This washer has solved my problems. I couldn't be happier with this purchase!

Such a good little washer for a small apartment. Washes well, spins out all the water, and it's more quiet than a regular washer. Though it has back wheels to move it around, you have to tilt it to do so, which made it difficult, so someone made me a platform with wheels to put underneath. Overall, I highly recommend this washer for apartment dwellers, especially those living alone.

This machine is better than I thought it would be! It holds more clothes than I thought it would and my clothes smaller cleaner when they come out then they did at the laundromat! The only thing is you have to put it on a bulky load for the water to fill enough which is fine with me. It only takes a few minutes longer. My closet door is literally 22 inches wide and the door is a little bit in the way but this actually fits perfect into my bathroom closet and hooks right up to my bathroom sink and I drain it in my tub. So happy to not go to a laundromat to wash my laundry. The only thing I can’t fit is big blankets and comforters

This little washer does a great job cleaning my laundry. I bought it a month ago and haven't had any problems. It uses less (he) detergent than required by my old machine, which is good for my pipes and the environment. Everything comes out clean and not soaking wet. The last spin cycle is so vigorous, the laundry is almost dry when you take it out! My only wish is that they put 4, all direction wheels on it. It has 2 wheels that only roll forward or back, no sideways motion. All in all it is a great little machine. Thank you INSIGNIA!

I am impressed with this washer and very pleased with the efficiency and the way it handles the loads and cleans. I am totally pleased with my purchase. Definitely recommend this washer to anyone like myself who lives in an apartment with small space. It is easy to store and bring out to use when I need to wash. I so like the convenience of it.

This unit was very easy to set up, with the connections that came with it. It cleans my clothes quite well, and has a surprising amount of power for a smaller unit. I bought this washer because I don’t like taking my clothes to a public laundromat. That said, you will still need to do so for billy loads, but I don’t count that as a negative, being that you know you’re buying a smaller washer. Definitely recommend to anyone living in an apartment where normal laundry hookups aren’t available to you. I also want to say that the men that brought it out to me at the curbside were very helpful. Great customer service.

Works well, clothes come out nice and clean. It is easy to move around. The set up was easy and came with everything needed for hookup. You can do a decent size load. The only setback was it had a dent when we received it. Best Buy service department helped rectify the issues.

I’ve had this washer for over a year and it is one great machine!! Washes great. Holds a lot. Stores nicely. I needed to make a dolly for it because the wheels weren’t that great but not a big deal. Definitely recommended

Have been using this washer for about a month and very pleased with the product. It is VERY quiet and cleans as good or better than a full size washer. DO NOT OVERLOAD! To clarify: It comes with all the attachments to hook up to a faucet and everything to hook up to a standard washer outlet for permanent install. It is extremely economical to operate... the only negative is that it takes a bit to get use to the programming...don’t give up. You will not regret the purchase.

Amazing price for the quality of this product! My kitchen is very small and this fits perfectly! I’m able to do full size loads and the clothes comes out very clean!! I’m in love!!
