Customers are impressed with the 1.6 Cu. Ft. Top Load Portable Washer's cleaning performance, compact size, and ease of use. Many appreciate the efficient spin cycle, which leaves clothes relatively dry, and the quiet operation during washes. While some found the small wheels less helpful than expected for maneuverability, the overall value and price point are frequently praised.

Perfect machine!
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I was nervous buying this. But absolutely love it! It has a 15min quick wash that is perfect for my laundry. Relatively quiet. Easy to hook up and use! Only downside is only 2 very small wheels. Hard to catch good angle to move machine. But my clothes are so much cleaner than laundry room in my complex. Spins very dry and then I hang on a rack for couple hours. Highly recommend!

Great not that little washer.
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. So far so good. After 3 weeks of use the washer is great for an apartment. Is very quiet, you can load a regular person use of clothes from one or two weeks. Bed sheets also fit in this washer. There is a 15 min wash that is great for gym clothes or daily needs. It is bigger than I thought. I am very happy with it.

Gets the job done
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. For all you renters out there, check the details of your lease because having this washer is most likely prohibited. That said, I decided to sneak this into my LA apartment early in the morning because I was absolutely sick of the expensive and smelly community laundry room in my building. Connecting this to my kitchen sink was interesting. My choices were to either unscrew then re attach the sink aerator every time, or to figure out some kind of permanent attachment. See attached photo, I went with option B, and this was the best the employee at Lowe’s could come up with. So, how was my experience actually using this washer? First thing, this washer must be positioned directly in front of the sink. The intake and drain hoses are short, and this machine moves around during the cycle. Second thing, you must stay with this washer the entire time it’s operating. The machine moves around a lot, and if that drain hose falls out of the sink you’ll have a flooded apartment. All I’ve used so far is the short wash cycle, it’s about 17 minutes. It does a decent job of washing clothes, although DO NOT overload the machine or there’s no point. The spin cycle does a good job of drying a small load of clothes, but the two beach towels I washed came out still moderately wet. I bought a four wheel dolly to help move this somewhat heavy machine back and forth from the hall closet to the kitchen. For now, I plan to keep the machine till hopefully I can afford to move somewhere with a real washer and dryer.

Portable washer.
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is a good option when you have small children in the home. I do one load every 2 days. For a family of 5. When my oldest 2 are home we do one load daily at night. If you don’t over stuff it and use the heavy lid option it gets things clean. I also washed sheets and thin bed sets. Gets the job done. The only thing I don’t like is that it doesn’t have the middle agitator instead because the close does get tangled. So somewhere in the middle of the wash I push stop and untangle the clothes and start it back up so it gets all the close clean evenly. Or when I wash delicates it also has an option. Also I wish the hose came a bit longer. The spin will get your clothes almost 80% of the water out so it makes the drying process faster. We made an extension for it to be longer and we put some wheels under so that we can move it easily since have it in a small restroom. Easy to use and instal. Was delivered in great condition. When we bought this we did have in mind that we have to save as much water as we can in the home to make up for the washers water.

if you are looking for something small and compact
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Very quiet, cleans clothes well, and its very small in size compared to a large washer, but its large enough for maybe 6 pairs of jeans, or one comforter twin size, or bed sheet sets for queen. Washes great, spin cycle leaves clothes very dry.

Great machine for a small apartment.
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. If you are a single person, then this machine is superb. If you follow the instructions exactly then you WILL have clean laundry! It is important to use the dispenser for laundry detergent as shown by the icons on each. Also do not try to overload - you must have room for the items to agitate around the inside of the drum. It is so economical to use that doing more than one cycle for king bed linens is worth it. However I would not put comforters, bedspreads, or large crocheted or knitted afghans in this machine lest you throw the drum off balance. Also, I do not have a dryer so I hang my items. If you use the extra spin cycle AFTER your cycle has finished it will extract the most water; to wit: the sheets I wash are mostly dry when I remove them to hang up. You can use fabric softener BUT you must pause the machine at the beginning of the rinse cycle when the water is flowing into the tub, lift lid, open dispenser and pour fabric softener into the right side of the dispenser so that it mixes in with the water as the tub fills. It does a GREAT job if you do it this way.

I am amazed, thrilled with this washing machine
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I wasn't sure what to expect, but read the reviews and bought this. I couldn't be happier. The set up was easy, (except that my hot water valve got stuck open when I flushed the line, LOL) I started my first load, overloaded it a little, but it was my first try. All of the functions worked great. . . but when I took the laundry out I was shocked. The spin made them closer to dry than any commercial machine I have used at the laundromat ever. . . I love that I can set this to pre-soak, and extra rinse. . . and having 2 inlets for the hot and cold water means I don't have to mess with temperatures. . . And it came with the hoses, and an adapter if you don't have a regular hookup and need to use it from a sink.

Love it!
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have only written a handful of product reviews in my life but this washer deserves one. It is great quality, the clothes come out very clean, and it's the perfect size! The spin feature is powerful enough that I don't even need to purchase a dryer. You can simply hang your clothes up and they are completely dry within a few hours. Living in an inner-city loft, I only have access to communal laundry in my building, which I don't particularly enjoy. This washer has solved my problems. I couldn't be happier with this purchase!

I love it!
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I read a lot of reviews before purchasing this as I was hesitant. I’m glad I read the reviews I absolutely love it I was concerned I wont be able to hook it up to the sink but it’s very easy! The reviews about how it spins and dries the clothes better than a regular washer is absolutely true! It’s totally cute and modern which I love! The only reason I gave it a four stars instead of five is because of the wheels. Some people stated the wheels are fine you don’t need wheels others say you do ? well I did I think it depends on the floor you have. it made my hardwood floor turn black every time I rolled it and it’s not easy to roll. I purchased wheels separately from Amazon ( Space care Mobile roller ) It was well worth the purchase I put them on tonight and I am washing a load tonight to ensure that when it spins it’s stable with the wheel base still on it and locked. It is!! I’m super excited, I waited two years to get a wash machine but due to Covid I think it was time and I didn’t want to pay for the installation. I made the right decision! Hope this helps!

Good little washer
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Such a good little washer for a small apartment. Washes well, spins out all the water, and it's more quiet than a regular washer. Though it has back wheels to move it around, you have to tilt it to do so, which made it difficult, so someone made me a platform with wheels to put underneath. Overall, I highly recommend this washer for apartment dwellers, especially those living alone.

Easy to use. Fits great in my small apt kitchen.
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This little washer does a great job cleaning my laundry. I bought it a month ago and haven't had any problems. It uses less (he) detergent than required by my old machine, which is good for my pipes and the environment. Everything comes out clean and not soaking wet. The last spin cycle is so vigorous, the laundry is almost dry when you take it out! My only wish is that they put 4, all direction wheels on it. It has 2 wheels that only roll forward or back, no sideways motion. All in all it is a great little machine. Thank you INSIGNIA!

Great for apartments
||Posted . Owned for 7 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I was not sure about this washer but needed something for an upstairs duplex because landlord was too cheap to provide laundry. It holds quite a bit of laundry because there is no agitator. Very quiet to me and gets clothes very dry in spin cycle. I just have to hang for a while and they dry fine without a dryer. If you need something for everday clothes and towels etc. This is a great choice.

Great size for apartment
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Small and compact. Surprised on how much laundry you can fit in a load. Obviously less than a full size machine, but still gets the job done. Does a great job at spinning the water out. Nice little washing machine.

GREAT BUY AND VERY FUNCTIONAL PORTABLE WASHER
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This magical life saver portable washing machine works for my needs because i live in a small condo and perfect for any seasons. It is fits small spaces and it spins wonderfully making the clothes almost feel dry. Just hang the clothes after and it will be fully dry. I normally put the washer in my small bathroom and let it does the work. Only one suggestion to the manufacturer is if they can may make the rolling wheels bigger so it is easier to move around from one space to another to store.

Works great!
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I got mine around 6 weeks ago, it's perfect for my small apartment. I love it, it saves me time and money from going outside and doing my laundry especially during this pandemic. It fits a pretty good load and spins great. I usually use it on cold and bulky which takes around 45 minutes, but also like to take advantage of the 15 minute quick wash.

||Posted . Owned for 2 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Wonderful little washing machine. Spins close so well that they are almost dry when I take them out of the washer. Has a quick wash which is great for lighter clothes. On quick wash it actually fills, agitates, drains, spins and then fills again and agitates for the rinse. Your almost getting 2 wash cycles in 15 min., although the second agitation does not have soap. Love, Love, Love it.
