    NOT NEW, USED BEFORE, VERY DISAPPOINTED!

    I bought this machine to use with my family in self-quarantine days for my apartment. The body has damaged, it is not a big deal, I can live with it. But when I have a looked inside of the machine, I heard water noise in it. It looks like the some water left already in it. I decided to open pump back of the machine. It leaked dirty water and inside of the pump was very bad. It shows that it is used before not a new! I don't understand why are you sending a used machine to people like new, especially this outbreak days that people have limited access to everything. Unbelievable! I haven't been go to laundry for a while to use this machine in my home, now I am in stuck. I want BestBuy and Insignia to solve this problem immediately.

    I decided to go by review of other previous experiences, but for my luck my experience was way different, Very disappointing it doesn't finish the spinning cycle, it only does large loads its already making a squeaking sound "Only had it for less than 2 hours" and in top of all, dented all over. Not what I expected.

    Ordered a new one and it came used. Water was in the drain pump and in the bowl. Huge dents all over and it looked like it had been kicked.

    I’m a little upset because it doesn’t seem to be working well. I accidentally ordered 2 and they were suppose to pick up the other one so I can get a refund. I was never notified and now it’s saying it’s to late to return. I don’t think it’s right or fair. It is not and was not my fault that they never notified me about coming to pick up the extra washer and return it.

    Terrible experience. Ordered "open box" for 30 bucks less, and got almost "open trash can" with dents and metal wrinkled so big that it's embarrassing. The product itself is good, but customer service sucks. Now, when I want to return, there is no chance to do anything. I have to deliver it myself to the store which is not that easy in New York CIty. Thanks for a nightmare customer support.

    DO NOT BUY ONLINE Just as many others have said, i even purchased an extended warranty just in case - mine arrived DENTED, DIRTY, and WET im a many year loyal best buy customer and this isnt what should happen, ever.

    The wheels are too small for this to actually move around an apartment easily; even tilting the machine back, it still leaves black skid marks all over the floor because the feet aren't cleared high enough for the wheels to take the full movement. The outflow drainage hose is cheaply made and punctures easily. I purchased this open box and the hose has numerous holes, and I have a very wet kitchen from the test cycle. There's no internal water heater, so if you have a kitchen faucet with only one tap (= most kitchen faucets), you can only run a cold wash cycle. It doesn't say this anywhere in the specifications or description. You have to transport this upright or it voids the warranty, because the drum will be out of alignment. So even if you have a station wagon, you'll have to use home delivery. Be aware that if you purchase something "open box", the full additional warranty doesn't apply, and if parts are missing (parts were missing) or it doesn't work (it doesn't work), you'll have to keep going back to the store for assistance, because no one on the phone customer service line will be able to help.

    Broke after 1.5ish years

    I've had my washer for less than two years. I have never written a review on a product before, let alone a negative one, but I am disappointed. I loved this machine, but it stopped working. An error code (E1) keeps popping up, preventing my clothing from going into the rinse cycle. I have read the user manual in full and talked with both customer service at Best Buy and Insignia. Their suggestions were to ensure the door is shut, the water was on, and try to turn the machine on and off, none of which worked. Neither company demonstrated technical knowledge of the machine, each suggesting to reach out to the other, which was frustrating. Because I am just outside of warranty, I would have to pay $99 minimum to have a technician check on my machine, nearly 1/3 of the original cost. It just doesn't seem right that it would break before two years. I am happy to follow a guide and do it myself, but neither company has provided helpful resources. If anyone has a suggestion, please let me know!

    This is the only thing I’m gonna say,I have been Best Buy costumer for many years,and it’s my favorite store,but in this washer I had to return the first one because it was leaking at the bottom and a little smashed on the side(brand new) and on the second one exactly the same story,I wasn’t lucky twice on a row or they sent me defective returned items from other buyers and sent them to me...bought a different brand....third time is a charm.!!

    I read the reviews here and as always, I’m usually skeptical about reviews since it could be a hit or miss. But this is the first time I have to write a bad review for a Best Buy product. Upon receiving the washer I instantly checked for dents and water leak in the water drain hole. Yep, both checked out. I’ve been waiting for this item for a long time due to the pandemic, so I am very disappointed Best Buy is selling me a used item that isn’t even cleaned properly. At least have people check returned products first before selling as New. Or, just stop selling this on Best Buy altogether. You’re only fooling customers into buying

    Please do not buy this portable washing machine. The first thing I did before buying this product was I call and ask if I can wash a queen size blanket on this portable machine, they said yes, ok fine, i saw all youtube videos about the machine, fine, I saw people putting a decent amount of clothing, so decided to buy the product. When the machine the first thing i did was to put the blanket to wash, and the machine STOP working, so i have to take out the blankit out of the machine full of water, my aparment got floated by the water on the machine, i have to out the blanket on a plastic bag like garbage, after that, i decide to do another cycle to see if had such a bad luck and to prove that the machine stop working, and yes the machine didn't worked.

    Nothing works right on this, warranty will probably be too annoying to redeem since I don't own a vehicle. At least the one main wash cycle works ok...

    The Washer has stopped spinning and called the repair guy out to repair and he wants to charge $600 That is more than what I paid for the Machine

    So I've had this washing machine for only 4 months and it already has stopped working. To begin with you already couldn't wash but a handful of items and when I say a handful of items at mean 5 to items at most. It takes 45 minutes to wash one load this was an absolute Terrible by and I would never buy any major appliances from Best Buy again I also purchased a refrigerator that has stopped working as well.
