Smaller than I thought it would be. Had one that was 1/2 size of regular machine. This one feels like its 1/4 size. The drain hose doesn't stay in place while draining into my sink so I have to put a weight on it. Perhaps if it were draining into a non builtin counter sink it would be better.

For all you renters out there, check the details of your lease because having this washer is most likely prohibited. That said, I decided to sneak this into my LA apartment early in the morning because I was absolutely sick of the expensive and smelly community laundry room in my building. Connecting this to my kitchen sink was interesting. My choices were to either unscrew then re attach the sink aerator every time, or to figure out some kind of permanent attachment. See attached photo, I went with option B, and this was the best the employee at Lowe’s could come up with. So, how was my experience actually using this washer? First thing, this washer must be positioned directly in front of the sink. The intake and drain hoses are short, and this machine moves around during the cycle. Second thing, you must stay with this washer the entire time it’s operating. The machine moves around a lot, and if that drain hose falls out of the sink you’ll have a flooded apartment. All I’ve used so far is the short wash cycle, it’s about 17 minutes. It does a decent job of washing clothes, although DO NOT overload the machine or there’s no point. The spin cycle does a good job of drying a small load of clothes, but the two beach towels I washed came out still moderately wet. I bought a four wheel dolly to help move this somewhat heavy machine back and forth from the hall closet to the kitchen. For now, I plan to keep the machine till hopefully I can afford to move somewhere with a real washer and dryer.

This is a good option when you have small children in the home. I do one load every 2 days. For a family of 5. When my oldest 2 are home we do one load daily at night. If you don’t over stuff it and use the heavy lid option it gets things clean. I also washed sheets and thin bed sets. Gets the job done. The only thing I don’t like is that it doesn’t have the middle agitator instead because the close does get tangled. So somewhere in the middle of the wash I push stop and untangle the clothes and start it back up so it gets all the close clean evenly. Or when I wash delicates it also has an option. Also I wish the hose came a bit longer. The spin will get your clothes almost 80% of the water out so it makes the drying process faster. We made an extension for it to be longer and we put some wheels under so that we can move it easily since have it in a small restroom. Easy to use and instal. Was delivered in great condition. When we bought this we did have in mind that we have to save as much water as we can in the home to make up for the washers water.

I read a lot of reviews before purchasing this as I was hesitant. I’m glad I read the reviews I absolutely love it I was concerned I wont be able to hook it up to the sink but it’s very easy! The reviews about how it spins and dries the clothes better than a regular washer is absolutely true! It’s totally cute and modern which I love! The only reason I gave it a four stars instead of five is because of the wheels. Some people stated the wheels are fine you don’t need wheels others say you do ? well I did I think it depends on the floor you have. it made my hardwood floor turn black every time I rolled it and it’s not easy to roll. I purchased wheels separately from Amazon ( Space care Mobile roller ) It was well worth the purchase I put them on tonight and I am washing a load tonight to ensure that when it spins it’s stable with the wheel base still on it and locked. It is!! I’m super excited, I waited two years to get a wash machine but due to Covid I think it was time and I didn’t want to pay for the installation. I made the right decision! Hope this helps!

This machine is better than I thought it would be! It holds more clothes than I thought it would and my clothes smaller cleaner when they come out then they did at the laundromat! The only thing is you have to put it on a bulky load for the water to fill enough which is fine with me. It only takes a few minutes longer. My closet door is literally 22 inches wide and the door is a little bit in the way but this actually fits perfect into my bathroom closet and hooks right up to my bathroom sink and I drain it in my tub. So happy to not go to a laundromat to wash my laundry. The only thing I can’t fit is big blankets and comforters

I was not sure about this washer but needed something for an upstairs duplex because landlord was too cheap to provide laundry. It holds quite a bit of laundry because there is no agitator. Very quiet to me and gets clothes very dry in spin cycle. I just have to hang for a while and they dry fine without a dryer. If you need something for everday clothes and towels etc. This is a great choice.

Works well, clothes come out nice and clean. It is easy to move around. The set up was easy and came with everything needed for hookup. You can do a decent size load. The only setback was it had a dent when we received it. Best Buy service department helped rectify the issues.

It’s a good portable washer it’s not too small and it’s not a regular size washer but it gets the job done it’s perfect for me and two little girls I don’t have to go to the laundromat it’s a good size I thought it would be smaller but it’s a good size it’s working well so far.

Unfortunately, it was delivered with a minor dent on it, but looks like there was no damage to the washer. Unfortunately, all the cords (electrical & drain hose) are quite short. The drain hose feels like it's very cheap plastic material that if you squeeze somewhat hard, it bends. There's no clothes softener container... and the container for the liquid soap, drips as soon as you put it in. Although it has wheels on the back, they are soooooo small that it doesn't matter, they don't help you move the machine.... Fortunately, it comes with 2 washing machine hose (for cold & hot water) & an adapter... Overall, the washer machine is okay...

I really like my washing machine. It was fairly easy to install although I paid someone to do it because I didn't want to wait a month for Best Buy's installation service. This machine washes the clothes good and fills up with the perfect amount of water for the different load sizes. The only cons (my reason for 4 stars) are that the inside is kind of small and I think there is a possibility that my washer had a previous owner due to a small dent in it upon arrival. One of the wash cycles doesn't complete and if I select that specific cycle (34 minute wash) I have to restart the machine and select a different cycle (rinse & spin only) to complete it. It doesn't bother me as I have figured out a way around it and there are plenty of other wash cycles to choose from that work fine. I think that was the reason the previous owner returned it thinking it was a dud when it's actually a powerhouse. Overall I am pleased with this washing machine as it does exactly what I need it to do...wash my clothes well.

As stated in the summary it fits in small spaces. One disadvantage is that you can not enter fabric softener. However, for the price and size it can not be beat. Great for rental properties were space is limited.

I got the machine for my brother who lives in a small apartment in NY. He loves that he doesn't need to drag his laundry to the laundry- mat anymore. The small machine is reliable for a single person. The only issue we had was the delivery. There's no elevator in his apartment building and the delivery person left the washer machine outside. It was disappointing that my brother had to carry it 3 floors up to his apartment which wasn't easy. Overall, the machine is reliable when living in an old, small, apartment building in NY.

It only holds 6 pounds at a time but it works quick and seems to do a good job of cleaning. It is ideal for an apartment. The controls are hard to figure out and the manual does not give enough information.

I purchased this washing machine April, 2020, and so far it has been a very good machine. I especially like how well items are spun dry. When I purchased this machine I was told I had to purchase a fill hose as the specifications listed indicated no fill hose was included. This is wrong as a fill hose is included with the machine, which it should be, and so I had to return the fill hose I had purchased. Only problem with machine is that 1 of 3 small metal bearings on inside rim of the hose fitting fell out and was lost. Now difficult to fit on and take off from faucet fitting.

Purchased for my sister. She likes it. It is small enough that she and I were able to move it into her house ourselves, but large enough that she can run laundry for her family of four.

controls are not flexible enough. performance is good so far. there should be more options for drain hookup. I had to rig a working substitution.

Really enjoy this item. It fits in a small space and that's perfect.

The soap trey comes out easily and nearly always leaks once you push it in after dispensing soap/softener. The description says it needs hoses but it came with it.
