Was definitely white glove service and I would highly recommend them, very easy transaction online everything went smooth. Would definitely purchase from them again

Purchased wood crates to make more "baskets" for easier access to items. Picked up at the store for out truck. Easy pick up as well. Came in about a week after ordering. To get it down to temp we turned down slowly over a day.

Thinking about buying another one.

We paid for the freezer on Sep 27, and it was delivered on Nov 8. I have a remote thermometer in it - the temperature varies from 1.4º to 5.9º, we put food in and out in less than a minute, so the freezer appears to be working normally. If it was full, the temperature difference would be less. The freezer could use a second basket.

On My Own by myself and I know the last time I had a chest freezer I could barely move the darn thing. The half beef I ordered fit in there easily I got room to order a pig
