Make sure they don't lay the freezer on its side because you're not going to be able to use it for 24 hours. Why couldn't they just bring it out? Upright it's a chest freezer. It's not like it's 10 ft tall and they have to lay it on its side. It fits through the door. Thanks guys!

The freezer was picked up at the Springfield, IL store when we got home to unload we noticed the box had puncture holes in 3 places, sure enough when we took it out of box the freezer was damaged. We called and they ordered another one and when it was delivered it was damaged more than the first one.

There was an odd smell coming from this freezer and we opened the side vent and there was a mouse nest in our freezer!!! Best Buy customer service could care less and did not seem concerned!!! Taking almost 3 weeks to get an exchange

Advise to anyone open the box at the store or when the drivers are there because every item I got it was damaged already in the box on the outside but who knows how much it was on the inside.

Purchased in August 2020 it broke October 2021, garbage product. I have a thousand dollars worth of food to throw into garbage. What a disappointment. Do not buy and waste your money!!!
