Great so far! Very Quiet... Fits well in the garage

The compressor makes a very loud clunking noise when it starts up about 25% of the time. The cooling cycles (how long the compressor runs) seem to be time based and not based on the temperature inside the freezer. I'm using it in "fridge" mode (at about 35 degrees) and if I add just a few warm items it takes several hours before the temperature is back to the set point. (I have an external temp probe to monitor the temp inside the unit). Insignia used to make good products but the quality seems to have gone downhill. The unit also trips my GFCI outlet and required a non-GFCI outlet to work. For these reasons I cannot recommend this unit. Best buys return policy is horrible so I cannot return it.

Every time I plugged it in, the switchboard shut off the entire system and other electrical lines. I think there may be an issue with the outlet, so I need to have an electrician check it. I’m guessing it may not be compatible with a regular outlet

When I first found this deal it seemed absolutely amazing a great price on sale for the item. However, that is the only nice thing I have to say about it. After ordering it in store I noticed it would not be shipped and delivered until March! Keep in mind I was ordering this in mid November. Why they would place the item on sale and then expect me to want to wait for nearly four months is beyond me. After seeing the delivery I promptly returned it and bought a nearly identical freezer from Sam’s Club which showed up a week later. Moral of the story they take forever to deliver large items and check the delivery date.

Picked up opened it and it was damaged. Called customer service and they sent out a replacement and that one was damaged too!

I need to report this item as damaged. It has a huge dent in the back by electrical panel

Was damaged when received it from pick up at store! Tried calling and could never speak to someone at the store location. The store failed to list the item as picked up so the only number you can speak to couldn’t do nothing! I had to physically drive 45 min to store to get compensation for damage and it only covered my gas up there.

Purchased for a Christmas gift - didn't work. No return available from Best Buy - even though it was brand new.

Delivery was flawless. Freezer is better than expected. We had a 7 cu ft freezer previously, which finally died. Went with this 10.4 cu ft model, figuring some extra room would be useful. It feels much more than a 50% increase in space. Freezer is very quiet also. Very pleased so far.

This has been working great for us so far. Tons of space inside without the unit taking up too much space. I like the adjustable temperature features on it. Definitely happy we chose to get a freezer.

Everything is as expected. Wish the power cord was a bit longer however. Best Buy delivery was exceptionally well done.

Got this and haven't used it much but it's ok so far

It's a deep freezer folks. It freezes stuff, no issues so far but with products nowadays it could fail tomorrow and that would change everything.
