I picked this fan up from the impulse buy station where it was prominently displayed next to the check- out. I was struck.by the retro style, ans summer was almost here in Minnesota as it was early June. On my way home i was getting the buyers remorse. Walking into my home i was nearly kicking myself for getting an overpriced plastic fan that would barley last the summer so long as i dont drop it. I walked into my house for the dreaded unboxing. Lo and behold when i slide it out of the box I am pleasantly suprised. I am impressed with its heft. The fan is sturdy , and all steel. The base is solid. I fire it up , and it whirrs quiet cooling relief effortlessly and i instantly knew that this was built to last. Bulit like a late 50s early 60s montgomery ward product, this was the kind of fan you could knock an intruder out cold with, and put back on your desk for the next quarter century without a second thought. Thank you Insignia for a sturdy, solid, and relatively econimical product in this age of built in obsolecence and profit driven shoddiness. Very refreshing. Great work.

We are very pleased with the purchase of our Insignia 10 in table fan. It is perfect for a small table, desk or even to place on the floor. It circulates air wonderfully! It is very quiet and has multiple settings for speed of fan. It still works perfectly after almost two years of use! I highly recommend this product!

Great fan. The speed #1 is a pretty high powered speed. I bought this to use at my office b/c I get hot easily and this thing really cools my office down and its not too noisy... its just the right noise level. I haven't tried out level 2 or 3.. b/c 1 is adequate for my use. I think this fan will last a long time!

The fan is a cute size for a table top and generates a decent air flow. Not good for a larger space but perfect for a small space. Powerful enough to move the air through.

This fan looks great in all metal and I believe I got what I wanted. The fan has 3 settings which can really move air around a small-medium sized room. It was, however noisier than expected on it's lowest setting. I would have liked a slower, less noisy setting for use on a desk. Also, the metal base is open and hollow so it effecitvely sits on a metal ring which is fine and saves on the cost of the product. Overall, this metal 10 inch fan was priced at the low end of the market I researched online but is a good fan. At the price point, I think I got a good deal.

Picked up this little guy on sale. And I have to say it was a steal. Even at regular price this old school fan gets the job done. On low it has that perfect hum to soothe you to sleep. And on high, it really causes some serious cool airflow. Oh, and the orange looks amazing. Classy and nostalgic at the same time..

This is a great fan for white noise. I wanted something that was a little louder than a normal fan for sleeping at night and this one is perfect. Has different speeds and cools the room perfectly.

It’s vintage style but Delivers maximum results. I was pleasantly surprised by its momentum. Especially because it’s on the smaller side

I use this in a small older home bathroom and it's just the right size. Good, heavy power cord. Quiet. And moves air effectively. And it is cute in pink!

I love this fan on my bathroom counter. It is a nice pale shade of pink. It has 3 speeds. Love turning it on when I take a bath.

as I said works well for small room-quieter than most for its size and being metal..haven't tried to clean it yet when needed..maybe not sleep right next to it if that's what u want a little noise

I bought this little fan because I'm always running hot, it takes care ogf me just fine and the 3 speeds are super (I have it at my computer on low speed) keeps me good and cool and at a very low motor noise. I would recommend this fan to any one looking for a quiet but strong air mover.
