The TV is very light, was easy to install on a flip up holder under the kitchen counter. Pulled up all the channels on my cable and other HD Channels, no problems. We setup lots of Favorites to make jumping channels easier and faster (It can be kind of slow when you change channels) Worked great for the first week or 2, then all of the sudden it lost all the favorites, the remote wouldnt work, and even the buttons on the TV wouldnt work. Pulled the power, let it sit for a min, plugged it back in, and everything worked fine again. Lets see what happens in 2 more weeks.

This TV is big enough for the college student who lives in dormitory single room. The color is so nice and the monitor is very thin. Can carry it any where because it's less than 5 pounds.

I bought this for my parent's bonus room after their old tv died so that my daughter (she's 7) has something to watch when she spends the night. But, it isn't used that often, unless it's around the holidays and we stay longer. The picture is good, the sound is what you would expect for the price and size. I haven't seen a tv that small in so long, I spent the first night just laughing at it. My laptop screen is almost bigger. But, it serves its purpose, was easy to setup with directv, and we've had no issues at all.

Have been getting by in the bedroom on a tiny antique tv for years. Needed an upgrade to accommodate electronic gaming system and got this set. Wow! This is a delightful TV. Affordable.Takes up less space than the old one but gives us a bigger picture and better entertainment overall. I'm so glad we bought this,

Got this small TV for our kitchen about 6 weeks ago. Just the right size and easy to set up/use. Good sound. Picture is clear. Color is intense, though. Depending on the program being watched, the reds, or greens, or yellows are too much and we can't seem to improve them (even them out) much using the custom control settings. Since we don't watch it for long periods of time, we just ignore it now.

Had a need for an upgrade to an old monitor/TV in my office. The old one was supposedly HD, but it really didn't have the type of connections necessary for a true HD experience. It worked fine as a computer monitor. I got this Insignia TV and have been completely pleased with it. The picture is great, the colors are true and it is very compact. The sound is a bit tinny, but setting the bass to the top makes it completely acceptable—after all, it is in an office.

Colors arent real crisp, red's turn to pink's, but for the price, its a fair deal. Running on 12V its a great addition to an RV or camper. I use it as a TV in my workshop, so its not like I expected a home theater system for this low price. I still get to watch the game, or news, or primetime tv better than an old tube set I was using. Low power consumption is a nice bonus.

My husband and I are "past" retirement age, but work FULL TIME! When we get home at night, we turn on the television in our family room. Both of us love to cook, and recently our 20 year old (yup...20 year old) under counter tv in the kitchen died. When a favorite show was on tv, we found outselves racing between the family room and the kitchen stove! This little 19" television is absolutely perfect for a narrow wall in our kitchen. No more burnt food or overcooked veggies! An inexpensive little tv. No need for a fancy one in our small kitchen!

We needed a small unit for our library to watch and hear news, but had limited space. This item was the perfect size and has outstanding quality. Arrived as stated and properly packaged, and the assembly was very easy. Based on everything we received in this item you would be surprised at the very reasonable price. Strongly recommend to those who are looking for a very good unit for a small place.

It is a nice tv for a small room. Its colors are vivid and it provides quality sound. However, sometimes the colors can be too vivid for some channels which makes it a little hard to see. even with that small challenge at times I feel I am receiving my money's worth.

I bought this to install in the sleeping area of a motorhome. It fits in the space we had, it's lightweight and it can run off 12 volts. The TV ships with an AC to 12v DC adapter, but without Radio Shack around, I'm having some trouble finding the tip to make a direct to 12v cable. SO for now we're running it with AC power. I did not have any great expectations for the TV, but it did surprise me with how many over-the-air channels it could find with just the roof top antenna. Features are pretty basic, but that is all I wanted. Sound and picture quality are satisfactory especially at this price point. Overall, I'm satisfied. In fact I may buy the bigger 24" model for the living area of our RV.

Very clear picture, with simple operating controls. The sound is fine, although if you like thunderous bass, this is not for you. Doubles very easily for a computer monitor. Price very reasonable.

The television I purchased holds up to ALL others in its size class.I had not heard of the brand insignia prior to my visit to Best Buy Online and to the Best Buy store where I made my purchase. I,m now glad i,m aware of it for the combination of quality and value. These tv,s run 120.00 to 160.00 retail elsewhere! I paid less than 80.00 with a sale and an open box deal.

Bought 2 units for a small lake cottage where space is a premium. Mounted one on a wall in children's sleep area for rainy days or morning cartoons or Thomas. Put the other in an armoire in parents bedroom for late news and Tonight Show. Picture and sound are very good considering the small size. Very easy set up. Perfect for my needs or a kitchen area.

I bought this little tv in lieu of a computer monitor to use exclusively as a desktop monitor for my gaming consoles. I wanted something that would support the top notch video output blasting forth from my new next-gen console to its fullest extent, while still allowing me the freedom to play round after uninterrupted late-night round of online multiplayer FPS death match, while my wife remained in a state of uninterrupted slumber, none the wiser of my nocturnal heroic exploits. This little tv had superior specs compared to computer monitors of the same size, but at a much lower price point. But, dude! If you can go even just a little bigger, DO IT!!! This thing's so tiny, but for me it's perfect because it let's my sweetie sleep and let's daddy get his game on--visine for resulting red eye not included.

I have only had this set for a little over a month, but so far it works pretty well, as well as a more expensive model. I was looking for something inexpensive to replace a Samsung I had had for about 12 years, and luckily this one was on sale. I love this set! I hope it lasts as long or longer than my other set. I can't believe I only paid $ 79.99!
