However, I am still unable to scan all of the channels in. The few channels I am able to receive, the picture gets all scrambled and freezes. I have been trying to call The Geek Squad to see if I can bring it in for some help but no one answers the phone at my local Best Buy. I still think it is a good purchase but I just can't get all of the basic channels.
