This is supposed to mean that it is certified to be in new condition and include all parts etc. This was delivered to me without feet, so I had to rebox it, lug it down the stairs, and return it. :(

Frequently it's unable to find our Netflix or other apps. Then we go back through configuration. I wish I would have paid more for a better tv
