Bought this TV for a temporary monitor, it did its job for basic television purposes. I bought it for gaming but turn out the colors werent incredible as expected. But if its for just watching TV it will be just fine.

You need to tell it every time it starts if ots cable or anntenna. Time will not pick up very manny channels. Would not ever buy this brand again.

After some investigating and having purchased 4 smart TVs in the last two years, I bought this to put in my pool house where I did not need a lot of bells and whistles. Since there is no satellite connection at this remote location, I am running this little powerhouse off a small antenna. Combined with this TV, it pulls in stations that I did not know existed. A snap to set up - operational within 5 minutes of mounting to the wall. The sound is fine and the picture is flawless - sharp and clear. It fits perfectly in a corner and with the Best Buy sale price, this purchase is a no-brainer. I would highly recommend this TV for a small space. You won't be disappointed.

Second one was a charm. The first one was dropping the digital channels so the Turner was bad.Got hooked up with an exchange with no hassle from best buy almost a year later. Great customer service.

Tv had terrible sound. Even when trying to adjust the sound it was still tinny. I returned the tv and had to take a credit even though I had a receipt. In my opinion, not good customer service.

Like this little TV, however, display model had a jack in the back for 12 V when after I took it out of the box it didn't. Instead of taking it back, just went and bought a power inverter.

This is the most disappointing purchase i think i`ve ever made. THIS TV IS CHEAPLY MADE AND EVEN CHEAPER LOOKING. I will not buy another tv online from Best Buy, this was a WORSE BUY!

the insignia t.v is good i good but it all depends on the antenna I bought one antenna and i got 47 channels . I bought another more expensive atennna and i got over 50 channels

Purchased this TV to replace a small kitchen TV. Great TV for the price - small footprint, nice picture, easy setup. My only issue is that I attached a Roku Streaming Stick + to the TV and found out you still have to use the Insignia TV remote in conjunction with the Roku Remote to get the Roku Home screen to consistently appear. Worked with Best Buy / Insignia Support for many days on this; they tried all kinds of settings on the TV and the Roku Stick. Never resolved the issue and indicated it was an incompatibility issue with the 720 display of the TV & the 1080 display of the Roku Stick. So unfortunately, I am stuck with using both remotes. So a great TV for the price, but not perfect for using with a Roku Streaming Stick +.

This LCD monitor is good for the price - you get what you pay for. It sometimes has a weird thing where it loses signal between inputs, but it's nothing too bad.

Tv worked for about 3 months and then just wouldn't turn on anymore better off going with a name brand like Samsung or Vizio no problems with these brands.

Good TV... way too small though. We put it in and now can't see it. .... plus I was told it read USB media files. All it would view is pictures.

I am using this as a second monitor as all I need it to do is show my clients what I am doing, It is a little small but just what I needed

If you need a small tv cheap, this one is for you. No bells or whistles, average picture, but with the deal I got, it's hard to complain.

This is a good kitchen counter tv. Only $79. My one complaint is the tinny sound. I'll keep it and just get used to the sound.

The tv is a good quality for the price. The picture quality is good. Not meant for gaming if that's what you are looking for.

purchased this tv 5/09/2016 to watch while I was on my treadmill. On 5/13/2016 I turned it on and nothing. I unplugged the tv, then plugged it back in, the picture came on, but, no sound. I unplugged it again and plugged it back in, everything worked. After about 15 minutes it shut off again. Unplugged it, plugged it back in, again everything worked. A few minutes later the sound started to fluctuate up and down, then no sound at all. Repeated unplug, then plug. Worked for a short time then, same problems. I called Best Buy and was VERY disappointed to learn that they would not honor the 1 yr warranty. They referred me to call the company, Insignia. I called Insignia, they were very nice. They helped me to reset the tv. It seemed to work, however, I haven't used it since. I'm hoping it is a permanent fix. The customer service rep gave me a case # and said if I have any further problems take it to the Geek Squad and give them the case#, they will help me. I am very disappointed with Best Buy, we have purchased all of our electronics and accessories from Best Buy for years. If I don't get any satisfaction, I may have to go across the street to HHGREGG in the future.

The unit works well but I have one significant complaint. There is not a way to adjust the aspect ratio for old 4:3 movies.

NOT THE BEST QUALITY ... BUT OK,,, SOUND SOUNDS LIKE TALKING IN A TIN CAN

Really bad quality tv I would spend a little be more money and get a better quality next time
