This TV works. at least it did in the store. I looked at the pictures and reviews online, as well as the display tv in the store. They all had a 12v input with a 120v adapter built into the plug. I was buying this tv for an RV, so I was going to use 12v straight from the battery. I bought the TV, got home, and opened it up to discover the changed the design of the tv to a 120v input only with the AC cord going straight to the tv and being non removable. The model number did not change or anything else to indicate they made this change. The person at the service counter was very nice and did give me a full refund, however the people I talked to in the TV department were awful. They acted as if I had no idea what I was talking about. I went back the next day and tried to purchase the display model, and was told they could not because they still had that tv in stock. I explained that the display was different that the ones in the box, and they told me "that's not how they do things here". I am done dealing with this type of poor customer service. This was a best buy brand tv in a best buy store, and both are awful. I will now be doing what everyone else seems to be, and going to the store to try things out, and then going home to buy it on amazon.

The picture is not bad, but it died and only shows a white screen now. Not too many choices in this size, so maybe buy with ext. war?

Got this for my parents and they're pretty much content with it. I only wished the USB feature was able to play video files and not just pictures.

I really liked the tv but....soon as I turned it on there was a green dot right and down from center, it would drive a person mad just trying to watch something. I'll take it back and try another one.
