It has to be a delivery/ shipping issue in these units. it seems to cool very well, works well and it doesn't have the freezer, that will freeze any item on the top shelf, so i was happy about that. Its somewhat hidden by my desk at work so the banged up state is not an issue, but it seems to be the norm when ordering these, it will come damaged.

Great refrigerator for college

It's a great size and works very well. I will buy another in 2020 when my granddaughter will be going to college.

Everything stays fresh and I really love it over all , another plus is that it’s not quite loud so I sleep pretty well even though it’s in my room :)
