Because of Covid they conveniently couldn't unbox and level the thing in my garage. They didn't need to come take a nap in my bed, they simply needed to use their dolly to put it in the right place in a garage and take the box away. For safety reasons they thought it would be better for me and my 5'3 wife to do it ourselves. This virus has been used by a lot of business as an excuse for bad service.

It is not as deep as my old one but taller so things don’t get lost in the back. Have had it about a month. Everything hard frozen and I love that it has a temperature lock on it.
