I was about to order another one through Bestbuy but unfortunately the product has been discontinued.

Also you can't just use any cookware, it has to be specific cookware made out of certain material.

It heats really fast and evenly. The downfall is the heat selection. The lowest heat option is still to hot which burns things quickly.
