    I purchased the Panasonic - KX-TGF380M DECT 6.0 Expandable Cordless Phone System with Digital Answering System but wanted a longer cord. This one worked out excellent for my needs. I can walk long distances,to get a pen or paper if needed. This cord is long enough to sit on the couch and talk. The phone is black and looks nice with the longer cord attached.

    I started to get a lot of static on the line which the phone company was able to reduce somewhat outside. I was almost about to replace the phone when I decided to try replacing the extra long cord that I had as it had been over extended and lost its ability to recoil. This fixed my static problem.

    There is only one other electronics company I would consider buying this cord from, but since I have had consistent quality results from Best Buy on other products I've purchased I decided to give this phone cord a try.

    For people who use a desk phone a chord, which has good length is great. Often, while on the phone, I need a pen and paper to take notes. This chord allows me to go to different areas of my desk and look up or write down notes.
