The product is Very good but too loud when you use it

Excellent AC for small rooms during the summer months. Just be mindful of the square footage because if you get one too small it may not cool the room good enough. However, if you get a good sized AC your room will be a chilly wonderland. Just make sure to have a big enough bucket for the water it collects, especially if it's really humid.

Works well. I bought this for my small apartment and used it in the living room and it worked great

Helps SO much!! I live in an apartment with high ceilings and the master bedroom has 1 vent for the room.. not enough at all during the summer months. We started using this and it has been AMAZING. I am thinking of buying another for the living room !! A great buy for the price. If you are contemplating the purchase, DO IT. I’m super grumpy when it’s hot so I needed this. I like how nice and cool the air is.But I dislike how loud it is.

Easy to set up, does a great job cooling a small bedroom and is fairly quiet. The price was substantially lower than others we looked at.

Early yet but very impressed so far. Unit is compact and looks great. Appears of high quality; I have owned a few window units and one freestanding ac like this and this appears to be tops. Especially pleased at how heavy duty the window insert is - will probably add a small amount of insulation but it’s very solid, thick and sturdy. Ran it initially, quiet and cools nicely. We’ll see how it holds up, optimistic at what I’ve seen so far!

I have found this to be an absolute quality solution for the Summer heat waves in Las Vegas NV. It has kept my room and downstairs bathroom, cool and comfortable during 110 degree nights. It was a quite a simple setup and was up and running in minutes. I am considering another Insignia unit for ther second floor oif my home. Thank you, I would reccomend this to a friend and my family members as well.

Works great, cools our entire basement, let alone the single (12'x36'-ish) bedroom we purchased it for. Easy to set up, even if you've never used a portable a/c before. The included exhaust tubing was a bit short for our particular bedroom setup (which is a shame, as its very durable and satisfyingly clicky when adjusted) however the window adapter and the exhaust connector both easily attached to some large metal ventilation tubing we purchased at the hardware store. awesome amount of features and functionality for the price we paid, highly recommended if you cant get/dont want a traditionally window-mounted a/c.

Efficient cooling for small rooms. Easy setup and mobility

Works well and can't complain so far. Has come to be very helpful whenever we have issues with our ma8n AC and it definitely helps keep the room cool when we need it most. This unit is easy to setup and use. Theres sometimes a small issue with the remote desyncing with the unit, but it's not a huge issue. Would recommend regardless.

I am writing this four months after purchasing the portable air conditioner. I am using this unit in an area that can hit 90 during a summer day. What a great unit! It cooled my bedroom so well and has great settings to make adjustments as needed. The remote is a great touch. I was concerned about how loud it would be but it's not that bad - definitely not quite though. Quiet enough I can have it on during Zoom meeting so it's not that loud. I did quite a bit of research before buying a portable air conditioner and I am so glad this one worked out so well. Highly recommended!

Great use of AC for hot days perfect for upstairs easy install

Works great. Cools quickly, has just a fan option, comes with remote and batteries. relatively easy setup, just heavy af getting it from the car into the apartment.

These work amazingly well. I needed these because my windows will not hold a regular ac unit. So i purchased two of them. One for each bedroom. They are really quiet and great at cooling down the rooms. I didn't have to empty the water out all summer long which was shocking. They are noticeably heavier than a regular ac unit.

Over all very happy with this product. It does leak a little bit when it runs a lot in the hotter days so I put a rubber mat under it. I love that it has a temp control and runs on and off to keep constant temperature but doesn’t just run all day like my old one did. For the price I highly recommend this unit!!

This is a great portable AC. It is very big and loud, but that is expected for an AC unit. It works great even on 100°F + days and still works even months later. I am so glad we got this thing

Works for my small studio apartment. Installation was fairly easy, and emptying the water tank isn’t difficult either. It keep the room at a cool comfortable temperature when it’s like 75-85 outside but anything hotter than that, this AC isn’t powerful enough for the room to feel completely cool. It was also a pain to bring up the stairs (it weighs over 100 pounds) and I live in a walk up. That wasn’t a negative feature it’s just useful to know.
