I gave it only 4 stars because the first one we ordered arrived severely damaged--it had been packaged with no padding on the bottom of the carton so the plastic feet were cracked. The second one arrived with protection on the bottom of the carton, but it was dented near the back on one side. Again, due to very poor packaging. If Best Buy would ask for an additional layer of packaging to protect this item for shipment, that would be great.

Unfortunately, we waited a long time to plug it in and test it. The freezer gets cold, but the fridge stays warm (on the coldest setting) not sure if this is a lemon or if it is a pattern in this product. It is no longer returnable for me, or I would return it. If the fridge worked...like a fridge...it would be 5 stars. Brian
