I needed to return the item and realized the 3 week window had expired. Returning because the person My Sister I bought it for was recently diagnosed with terminal cancer and will no longer need it, still in the box non opened. Store refused my request to return the item I have been very my focus was on my sister's health and lost track of time. I was hoping they would show some compassion, Told I could try selling it on line. If you order from here please check return time line if you only have basic account,

After 1 year, it isn't cooling like it should. Because im an avid fan of Best Buy, I went against my own judgement and didn't purchase the warranty.

Have it set to the recommended level, cans freeze on the top shelf in the back. Came with a cracked crisper drawer, Insignia told me to kick rocks and find one online. Cosmetically it is appealing.

I say attempt because they wouldn’t accept it at the return because it was an online. They told me to call geek squad to pick it up and they weren’t accepting calls so I called the 1-800 number. I waited for hours to be hung up on.
