    The salesclerk was very helpful and patient with my child, who was buying her first flat screen. We learned that the price was reduced because of the open box, she helped select the proper wall mount, and told us we didn't need to buy any speakers, cables, other accessories, though we don't have cable. Reception is iffy, but my daughter is pleased with the set and watches it through connection to the computer.
