2nd disappointing Insignia HDTV
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.My first Insignia HDTV lasted 3 years and 3 months (of course I bought the 3 year warranty so it died 3 months later)...and it was a pain to work with from the get go. I went back to Best Buy and hoped to buy a Samsung, or at least a better product than an Insignia, but none of the better quality HDTVs were in stock...go figure. I settled on another Insignia HDTV and boy-o-boy is it cheesy. It is like a ticky-tacky piece of plastic. The picture is fine, but the audio is dreadful. No matter how much bass and treble I set it to, it sounds tinny. I went back into the store to see about connecting it to my Bose Soundwave, but the sales chick was only interested in selling me a soundbar that costs more than the TV. Next time I need electronics, I'm going to Walmart.
