I did have a problem with the first tv I picked up but I was easily able to return it and get one that worked perfectly. It is a great 2nd TV for us and allows us to watch HD stations with amazing clarity.

Bought his for teenager to play video games in his room. Very lightweight, good picture and great price for 1080p

For the price great TV. Only problem is the screen seems to be tilted downwards, which would be fine if it is placed higher than were you are sitting or standing.

Still using this over two years later, and it's working well. Smart functions are EXTREMELY slow, even right next to the wireless router.

This is all that I thought it would be . I am very pleased and would recommend it to another customer . Customer service was also very good at this location .

Walked in with no hello. Were never asked if we needed help. Grabbed tv and went to check out. Showed receipt to front desk guy. (He did say thank you and smiled) Left store. One star for employees.

We purchased this television just as one to have in the bedroom. Does what we need for the time that we use it.

For $169, I couldn't go wrong - the colors are little dark even after cranking up the brightness but it is acceptable. Could not be beaten for that price.

We purchased this TV for our daughter's room. She is 15 and has a PS3 as well as Dish Joey to connect to it. It is working great and had extra plug ins

This TV works well with HD services. The HDMI ports are a little touchy. Sometimes I have to switch a cable between the two ports to get a device to work.

I love the Best Buy products they are name brands with their brand attached. This is the second one I have of this tv, of course this is newer and has better specs but both are good products.

The sales associates were very helpful in assisting me locate the product and in explaining the diiferences between the two I had researched.

Bought this item online as a replacement for the old tube TV ingest room to free up space. Got a great price and shipped to my house (free) sooner than if I had it shipped to the store for pickup! Did have to return/exchange TV as one of the speakers garbled. Local BestBuy exchanged without a problem and I was on my way. Perfect size and features for the guest room.

Good Tv to replace my older, smaller tv. Salesperson recommended it and I am glad he did. Speakers leave a little to be desired for quality sound.

I bought this to use as a monitor for my PC and my Asus Chrome box and for my Xbox One. It works great couldn't ask for anything more. Price was $199.00 that's not bad for a 1080 display.

We went to the store intending to get a tv from the sale paper, didn't care for it (too small) and found the Insignia. It had a good picture and the size was better, price was good so we purchased it instead. Great secondary tv - very happy with purchase. Only reason we give it a 4 is because we haven't had it long enough to determine how well it stands up to time.

I bought this TV for my daughter's dorm room. It was a true plug and play. Set up with an Apple TV and it worked perfectly. Don't let the low price dissuade you. It truly is a bargain.

Bought this for a child's room. Works very well. No issues with screen lag on PS3 and PS4 games, either.
