If you have tried this with a separate source device and can still hear the feedback I would suggest having the TV reviewed under the 1 year manufacturer warranty as it will cover any manufacturer defect. I still don't like the "squished" look of pretty much everything, as I am not used to widescreen tvs. The screen is already wide, why does everything these days have to have the black bars on top and bottom of the screen? That does nothing but make the picture smaller. I know there is a way to zoom in, but you shouldn't have to make that change for everything you want to watch.
