    Ok for video/terrible for audio

    So i asked my parents to but the TV for Christmas for me. My brother set it up while i was at work. Had i set it up earlier, i would have noticed that there was a line on the tv, it it only noticeable when you look at it diagonally. It looks like someone pressed down on the TV hard while it was being shipped. Then when you put the audio past 45, the speakers sound very distorted and blown out. I had to wait past the return policy to set this TV up and had i not waited i would have returned it immediately.

    house brand is very good,priced right and well made.we only purchased to play games.Very clear and has a great sound.

    Worked great with no issues so far, only issue i see is the volume is a bit light- need to turn it up louder than expected to get to the needed volume

    Good TV, Bad for TWC Cisco Adapter

    While the TV is everything I expected, the Time Warner Cable Cisco Digital Adapter remote will not link up to it. I've tried the codes for Insignia TVs twice with no luck. I also went through the lengthy auto code search without any results. So the TV is going back. I hate having to use two remotes just to work one TV.

      Hi, remember that some cable providers release newer remote controls quite often, making it difficult for the TV to be updated with all possible compatible codes for linking the two devices together.     A new tv for my boyfriend

    My boyfriend needed a new tv so when we found this one at Best Buy I think we made the right choice. My boyfriend can now watch all the Boston sports games that and he can keep up with his shows as well. I recommend this tv to be a good tv for anyone to purchase in the near future.

    We purchased this tv and it has the worse sound quality, we returned it thinking it was just the one we got and brought the second one home and had the same exact problem

    You get what you pay for

    I bought this TV for my bedroom, upgrading from a very small flat screen TV. I've had this for less than 2 months and already something is wrong with the speaker. If you turn it past a certain volume noises and voices are distorted. I have no reason why it's doing this and now I'm completely stuck with I TV I can't listen to easily past the volume of a whisper. I'm very disappointed!

    This tv is garbage! We purchased it as a Christmas gift for our son and had to return it the day after Christmas because of the crackling echoed sound. The person in the return line ahead of us was also returning one of these tv's.

    I bought this tv on 5/22/15 on 6/26/15 I have no picture. I asked if I could exchange it was told it passed 15 days. I wasn't asking for my money just an exchange. Was told to have looked and see the maker would take care of it but would at least 2-3 weeks. Is old never this brand or shop at best buy again. I didn't want to give any stars but they had to fill it in.

    This TV has terrible sound and while the picture is ok most of the time, night scenes are impossible to see. The screen goes almost black.

    I bought a Geek Squad Certified TV. It arrived in one day with a screen broken in two places with no damage to the box. I can't get through to the main Best Buy number after 45 minutes with a 20 minute hold time. My local store wants me to cover the difference for a NEW TV. No help there and I can't get customer service on the line to help me with a return. I will never buy here again.
