We bought this as an open box- Satisfactory. all it was missing was the stand, but we were going to hang it any ways. It doesnt have any cosmetic damage or picture damage. It is perfect. Definitely recommend the open box option.

This is a great buy! We had been looking for a television for our guest bedroom and this was perfect. The Smart Fire TV works great for an extra for enjoyment for our twelve GRANDS too!

Insignia quality is outstanding. We purchase these for all of our Pizza Huts. For the price, you cannot go wrong. We use these for our menu boards and they are great!

I have all my tv’s connected with a firetv and it just made sense to buy a tv integrated with firetv. I was going to buy a regular tv and just buy a firestick but it was a bit cheaper to just buy this one. Works well and very easy to use.

we've had this tv for almost a year and it's been great. We've been able to load the xfinity app and are able to get all our channels. Perfect size for the bedroom.

I like my new television very much! I do not have cable so all the free channels plus my Prime and Netflixs accounts suffices with as much TV as I want to watch. Being alexa enabled is also a good feature.

Good price. The only con is that you need to login to your Amazon account and I am concerned we might have the accidental purchases from the kids. Purchased for under $100 on Black Friday and the Alexa features help make the programming easy.

You cant beat these deals for the price they are listed at!, it takes some getting used to and I dont like how when ever you turn it on you have to go to the app screen. but other then that I love it

I would have bought the Toshiba Fire TV but this was on sale . All features work . get ready for the amazon commercials , not that bad . I am really amazed that the sound is that good

This is a good quality budget friendly TV. I like how you have everything you need in one small remote or if you wish you can use Alexa to do the browsing for you. I have had this TV for five months now, over all I am pleased.

Definitely worth it for what I I payed. Perfect size for our needs. The only complaint is my boyfriend feels the remote could be better, but that is the absolute least of any problems we're facing, so I just laughed at him.

It works well. It's a small TV. It was great for the price. I paid about $100 at the time. The built in FireTV is nice. It saved a lot of effort of having to use the computer or XBox to stream. I used it mostly as a computer monitor.

TV arrived super quick and was very simple to set up and connect to WiFi and various programs. I was dreading this process but it honestly took minutes as it walked me through the process. Excellent screen quality and sound.

Relatively user-friendly. Easy to set up. Good picture. No hdmi cable included(seems to be standard with most tvs, heck one was included with a wall mount I purchased from a different retailer) and 'legs' seemed flimsy.

This product was exactly what we were looking for. I bought this to put in an extra bedroom so guests would be able to watch tv. My grandson had no trouble understanding how it works. He was very happy with it.
