Nice TV, Good Deal

Was delivered by UPS on time for Xmas. When we open the box the screen was completely smashed in. Returned to my local Best Buy. They gave me a store credit and I bought a bigger and better TV. Overall, Best Buy did there best to make sure I left satisfied. Not to happy with the shipper, but it all worked out. Thanks Best Buy
