I bought this because my RCA 47" had to be sent back for repairs and this tv had such a good $deal$. I was very surprised at the crispness of the picture and the many ways that you could adjust the picture and sound. I was almost disappointed to get my bigger screen TV back and it's a 1080p. So for the price you can't go wrong with this tv. I am keeping it so I can have it as a backup for the next time lightening decides to strike my house.

Bought this for my 80+ year old parents who live in a apartment now. Size is perfect for them. Like the 2 feet stand compared to 1 in center. Plug ins on side are very easy to get to and no problems setting it up. Very easy even with Comcast cable box. At 720 it can get a little blurry on edges but I don't really think it's from tv. Can't beat it for the price. Nice clean look

I bought my first Insignia 4 years just because it fit my budget... I gave that one away and have purchased 3 others since then. Every tv in my house is insignia, they are inexpensive and offer awesome quality. Ive never had a complaint or problem

I was in Best Buy looking for another item, but based on the price, I purchased this TV on a whim, and it's one of the best spur of the moment decisions I've made to date. I'd been thinking about a new TV, and seeing the 39" Insignia, I knew it would fit perfectly on my mantle. The resolution is so clear and the sound is amazing. My next purchase is a streaming stick so that I can utilize all of the features to the fullest.

I really like the menu options on this TV. It is very easy to use and program. The picture could be better but it is not a high end TV. I don't like how they have changed the stands to each side of the TV instead of a pedestal, but it will eventually be mounted to the wall so that won't matter.

Bought this for my disabled sister. I hooked it up to my TV provider at home, it impressed me. This is the best bang for the buck. Fast stuff, NFL receiver catching a pass, Formula 1 car running hard, you'll get a little delay. But, for the other 99% of the time, this TV kicks!

TV is overall good but the 720p is definitely a noticeable difference from a 1080p. Non HD channels are fuzzy but over the air HD looks okay. I ended up returning it and bought a Samsung 1080p instead. For a basic TV in a quest room or for the kids it would be a good TV and the price was right.
