First time purchasing an Insigna. Nice bright and clear picture. Sounds good. Thought being a Fire TV would be helpful, never again would I purchase a Fire TV. Easier to operate with a Fire Stick, rather than having programs combined.

Future Buyers Be aware when making a purchase with Best Buy. I bought a brand new Insignia 39" Class F20 Series LED HD Smart Fire TV on Black Friday on November 29, 2020 for an Aunt who lives in another country. Since Best Buy is suppose to be a reliable and trustworthy store that I didn't buy the extra protection and didn't test out the tv right away when I brought it home. The tv was suppose to be a Mother's Day gift so I was waiting to give it around Mother's Day. I take advantage of Black Friday to buy Birthday and Christmas gifts for friends and family. When it was getting close to Mother's Day I opened the box to try out the tv before it was wrapped up in wrapping paper. And guess what? The tv didn't turn on at all!!! I bought a brand new television not an open box. Insignia is a brand owned by Best Buy and I think they should do a better job inspecting all of their products to make sure they work before packaging them up. I paid for a brand new working television. I talked to someone in customer service and they said if I brought the tv to the Geek Squad I would get another brand new television because it is still under warranty. But guess what? When I brought in the tv to the Geek Squad they said they couldn't offer me a brand new tv because I didn't buy the extra protection they try to sell to their customers. But wait my tv is still under warranty so I should be getting it replace for another brand new working television. So they said that all they could do is ship it out to get it inspected. I left the tv and I checked the update of the repair and it seems they need to order a part to repair a brand new television. How can a brand new tv be needing parts to be replaced? Can anyone explain that to me? I am furious with how Best Buy handled my situation and I am an unsatisfied customer. Please anyone be aware of this before buying from this store.

INSIGNIA IS BY THE BEST!! THIS IS MY SECOND PURCHASE! THE SCREEN AND CHANNELS COME IN CLEAR. THE REMOTE IS EASY TO USE AND THE TV IS LIGHT WEIGHT GOOD FOR ANY STAND. BUY FAR THE 2ND BEST PURCHASE I MADE! I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS BRAND TO FAMILY AND STRANGERS HANDSDOWN !

Great quality sound and picture worked great set up was easy but froze all the time the processor is too slow if you don’t mind un plugging and plugging back in to get it to work great for the price just inconvenient

I bought this tv because it was very cheap under a hundred, very cheap. It’s not a 4K tv but , I bought it to use in a small room that doesn’t need 4K. The tv has many features that most Regular TVs don’t have. If you don’t need a 4K tv then this tv is a great buy. I’d recommend buying this tv for yourself.

It's pretty good compared to my last tv, the only issue I have is on crunchyroll or Disney plus etc. it'll either crash then close the application or just close it without crashing. I have to watch streaming services through my ps4 that's connected but it never crashes on youtube for some reason
